Excellent, friendly service. Sorted out my son's new bike after the online supplier had let us down. Although it was late on a Friday afternoon they couldn't be more accommodating and were happy to help. Will definitely use again.

Great service quick turnaround. Repaired and serviced sons mountain bike and replaced worn components. Managed to get us in at short notice despite being very busy. Many thanks to Mark and his excellent team at pedal power.

Put in bike to have smaller handlebars fitted on a Monday, after a preliminary visit when the owner said the job would take two days. On bringing in the bike, he did not mention that the shop would be closed the next day since they were heading to England...had to find this out via a Facebook post. Would not have left the bike there had I known. When I collected the bike, there was a scratch on the frame, the new bars are in fact no narrower on the drops and new but cheap looking bar tape was poking out of the bar-end fittings at all angles. In addition, the owner had spoken down to me on a previous visit. Will not be recommending this place and will never be back.V

Needed a new controller fitted to ebike after a crash broke my last one ,would have fitted it myself but it also required a firmware update.Very friendly,knowledgeable and had my bike bake a day or two later.......definitely recommend

If you want to be put off buying a bike then this is the place to visit. They tried to tell me(very pushy and bordering on being plain rude in doing so), that my 8yr old who is 138cm in height required a XS adult size bike. How on Earth they still thought that when my daughter sat on the adult bike suggested and could barely reach the handle bars even at full stretch and her feet barely on the ground that this was going to be a safe ride is beyond me, although the extra £150 in price probably explains it. Despite the manufacturer(Orbea) stating that the adult bike MX-ENT50 starts with a recommended height of 155cm, the sales person obviously knows better and just for the record I have yet to come across any manufacturer that suggests an adult bike for anyone under 155cm in height. My daughter isn't a confident rider and what confidence she did have has been knocked as she has been left confused on why the sales person was trying to say that she needed a bike which was far far too big for her.Also the comment that the sales person passed as I was leaving you dislike me as a person "

Brilliant local shop. Mark and Nicola are both cyclists and provide the best service every time. Great range of bikes and accessories and takes care of all the repairs too. Can't recommend them highly enough!Update Oct 23Same great service from fantastic people.
