Lune Properties

I couldn't recommend Lune Properties more! I rented in a 4 bed house in Lancaster for two years and couldn't fault the experience if I tried.Our property in paticular had an amazing location (central Lancaster, right next to a bus stop), ample and modern facilities (including excellent central heating, sturdy furniture, a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer), and most importantly felt more like a home than a student house!Nick was an amazing and extraordinarily accommodating landlord, on top of being very friendly, with any queries or maintaince issues answered and resolved extremely quickly.All in all Lune Properties was the complete package - an excellent property and friendly and attentive landlord at a very competitive price. For any students looking to rent privately in Lancaster, I cannot recommend Lune Properties highly enough!!

Had a housing contract with Lune that fell through on our end. Nick was very clear in outlining our options, and was very helpful with writing up a new contract for the new tenants, and returning our deposits! Would highly recommend!!

Nick has been an excellent landlord throughout the two years I have lived with Lune Properties. He is friendly, very easy to get hold of, and was always very quick to resolve any maintenance issues that occurred. The property where I lived was in an excellent location and the appliances and furniture were of a top standard, all at a very reasonable price considering the market. I highly recommend this smaller, friendly letting agent.

Nick the landlord was excellent, he was always easy to contact and quick to fix any problems that came up. The flat itself was in a great location in town and was a brilliant property! I've been with Lune for two years and had the best experience renting with them! Highly recomment!

The landlord, Nick, made the duration of the tenancy very enjoyable. He is quick to fix anything that may need attention whilst also maintaining the quality of his properties throughout the year in a quiet and respectful manner. The respect shown towards his tenants is admirable when compared with other landlords - who I will not name - in Lancaster. The property itself has exceptional facilities, including but not limited to double the required amounts of bathrooms. Noise insulation far exceeds expectations for a city centre property. Plus, the Penny Street property is so close to Spoons that a full fry up there is even closer than walking to the kitchen, win win!My only criticism is that the company do not give themselves the advertisement they deserve compared to other Lancaster student agencies. I would highly recommend this company and wish I had known about them sooner.

Nick was an excellent landlord for the two years I rented from Lune Properties! The house was beautiful and felt much more like a home than other student houses. Any issues were always sorted quickly, plenty of notice was given if someone needed to come into the house, and emails and messages were always responded to. I couldn’t recommend Lune enough.

I rented a property from Nick in the center of Lancaster and had a great experience with him as a landlord. Very responsive, quick to fix things, very reasonable. Would highly recommend, I wish there were more landlords like Nick around!

Very good property on Penny Street in the centre of town. Couldn't get closer to the bus stop, bars/clubs and shops. Despite being so central in town, secondary glazed windows completely soundproofed the rooms from outside noise as well as helped keep the heat in. Very safe and secure entry system and gates too. While not exactly a modern building (possibly historically preserved), it did have its own charm as a student dig. Plentiful bathroom facilities and living space considering there were 9 of us. Landlord was also easy to get hold of, extremely helpful and down to earth (a rarity in Lancaster where most landlords barely act like human beings). Could not recommend more. Was relieved to be able to renew the contracts for a 2nd year.

Lived on Queen St for two years. Lovely little flat in an amazing location for a really good price. If we ever had a problem Nick was always super quick to sort it out. Always easy to contact via email/phone and had no issues with deposit return. Would absolutely recommend!

Was with Lune Properties during my third year of uni and had absolutly no problems with them. Were very responsive to repairs and issues, had no issues with the repayment of my deposit, and Nick is a lovely guy and a great landlord who can't do enough for you. Would highly reccomend!
