Need more staff! Always friendly in this Costa but eed more staff or a loading trolley so customers can clear their trays.

Wonderful experience. The manager served me and washed all equipment after I explained I'm dairy intolerant making my drink and experience so much happier. The second time I met with disaster, my partner ordered the same drink but never explained about dairy intolerance meaning I had a contaminated drink. Not costas fault, but a reminder to ask!!!

The shape and design of Costa is excellent. The building is very environmentally friendly and made from recycled wood. The staff are friendly and it is conveniently located for a quick break whilst shopping at the retail park. My wife loves Costa, make sure you sign up for a points card!

when we came in at 6:30, we were abruptly told by ‘dee’ that they closed at 7. she then took my brothers order of a ‘mango berry bubble tea’and we asked what it was as he is lactose intolerant and had never tried this before. we were told it was a ‘fruity tea drink with bubbles in’. we noticed she was pouring milk in, so asked if we could have it lactose free as we were unaware, and she promptly threw the drink at the sink and muttered words under her breath, proceeding to mimic ‘am i allowed to put milk in this one’
