Shampooch Dog Grooming

It was my toy poodle Willow’s 1st time here after been recommended.She had a tidy up. She came out fantastic and smelling amazing! With cute wee bow in her hair. What a lovely touch. Totally delighted and I’ve eventually found my perfect grooming salon. 5 stars. Looking forward to her full groom in 2 weeks.

I took our wee Cavapoo to Shampooch for the first time last week. Shannon was lovely with her when we went in and she had a super groom from Ellie. I've already booked her in for next one after the summer. Love the fact you can also book in online.

First time we took our puppy in was fine. General trim and looked so much better. Second time, they called and told us they didn't have him booked in despite confirming this when we called previously and taking him off us and confirming we had the correct time. Quite odd in all honesty.More problematic is they didn't listen to our instructions. We were asked how much we wanted taken off and stated a trim. We returned to find our dog had been unevenly shaved all over. There are bits that much deeper than others. All of his lovely curls are gone and he looks like a fun fair teddy bear. The process also took over 3 hours and left him a bit traumatised. He hasn't been himself since we got him home. I know it will grow back but a bit galling knowing that I paid for the priveledge. He was also incredibly thirsty when he got home, drank a full bowl and wanted more.I can't comment on this fully but there was another woman there who was also told she wasn't booked in. Seems to be diary issues but who knows? Won't be back.

My cockapoo Asher had visited shampooch a few times and I had been delighted with his previously cuts.However his last visit all instructions left on booking form were abandoned.Which btw I didn’t have a major issue with there could have been a number of reasons but as I was confident they would get him back him to rectify it I wasn’t over bothered.I messaged direct my concerns not as complaint but an opportunity to get get it rectified in some manner. Over a week later I got a reply apologising and that they used the same blades as always. However his legs were left longer than his body.which I stated multiple times not to happen as he gets twigs etc caught in longer hair. Same as his ears which were also left despite my request.I promptly replied again with instructions and asked if I could go ahead and book a mini groom now at my own expense to get him in and fixed. I have had zero further correspondence from them since 15th may. Asher has now found another groomer

We just got both our dogs back from their first visit to Shampooch and they have been trimmed lovely. Tallulah-Bash & Valkyrie von Fleas both seem like happy girls after their visit. Will definitely return.

We were very happy with how our Pug was treated, a wonderful job was done and we will definitely be taking her back for another groom etc

My wee shih tzu Rocky has just had a full groom and he looks so gorgeous. He doesn't enjoy being groomed but they have done an amazing job with him and he smells so good. Really great place and the 2 staff I met were lovely. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.
