Went in to have my nose pierced and i loved it. There were 2 lovely ladies there and they were really fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend as they seem really professional and better than where I was going to get my nose pierced from. They have 2 options, either piercing gun or needle. Very helpful and friendly. :) :) :)

A few weeks ago I went to this place to have my hair coloured. The towels used to dry my hair were dirty and unclean. I felt disgusted having my hair done in such an unhygienic environment. The owner couldn't make up her mind about how much she wanted to charge, she kept increasing the price. The salon itself is not clean at all, it's messy and unclean. Within a few weeks my Grey's popped out again when I was promised that my colour would last for a long time. I am highly disappointed with the service I received at this salon, I would not recommend it to anyone. Please refrain from using this place.

Got my hair and makeup done for a family wedding, I was really happy with the service ,highly recommended, will definitely go there again.Ruby is a lovely lady as well as the staff.

Went to get my eyebrows done. The lady rushed the waxing and was very aggressive. I had to tell her to use scissors to neaten the brows. The salon was very dirty. Hair and chemicals on the floor. Cobwebs on the ceilings. Won’t be visiting again.

I got my eyebrows done by Ruby she was extremely aggressive and she cut off majority of my eyebrows and now they’re unlevelled. I mentioned it to her and she completely ignored me. She cut my lip and my eyelid. DO NOT RECCOMEND

She is one extreeemly rude lady.. she forces her custumers to buy the products wich she buys cheaper online and sell them expencive in the salone.. they dont know what they are doing. I had a fecial done and they burnt my skin. Also the girl had no experience at all for it... very bad salone smells like petroll station and they r not clean.. dont raccomend it at all

Overall everything was good the service the workers were polite however wasn’t happy with the outcome of my hair

Rubys salons smells like petrol and she picks and choose to do ur hair also and she very rude and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there next time
