Visited as I wanted a memorial stone for the burial of my mother's ashes. Said they had a waiting list and took my name and contact details and said they would be in touch in a number of weeks. The expected time came and went, never heard from them at all so was rather disappointed and thought it didn't bode well so went elsewhere
