My son said the fireworks and bonfire were good but the £10 on the gate went in the pocket of the guy checking the tickets on the way in and the £5 fairground ride with no health a safety in place sounded life an accident waiting to happen.

I attended the bonfire night event tonight and it was so lovely apart from the disrespect we received of an old woman working there. The old woman behind the ticket desk at the twister was extremely rude and aggressive towards me and my friends. I asked if we can fit 3 people onto the ride and she said yes and typed in £15 and i said can we pay separately please and she started shouting at me saying no you cant pay separately. i said why not? and she huffed and said you should have told me earlier. she snatched the token out of my hand and slammed it on the table. she was really rude and aggressive and was rude to my friends too when they paid. It’s a shame because the event was so lovely and people like her ruin it. she shouldn’t be working at a family event if you don’t have respect for people trying to have a nice time. She was moaning at it being busy. She was making comments to my friends too and made us all feel extremely uncomfortable. Dread to think what she has been like to other people too. Such a shame.
