They came out to my rental in West Ham. I wish I called a better more professional company. I cheated out and went with these unprofessional guys. Waste of time!! Overcharged for a simple fix.

We were very happy with the speed and cost of our repair. The engineer was far more knowledgable than others we had contacted and quickly found the solution where others had missed it and were looking to sell us expensive unnecessary parts or a whole new machine!

The person sent to look at my washing machine didn't even bother to look at it. He immediately announced it was broken and said there was no point trying any fixes although how they could know that from a glance I have no idea. The guy then accidently scratched a large permanent mark into my wall with his bag, used my bathroom, took £100 from me and then left. Left me questioning value for money a little.

Shah is an excellent tradesmen, professional and a very friendly person. He fixed our washing machine and gave us brilliant advice on how to keep it maintained. His prices are fair and reasonable and his communication is also clear and straight to the point.Overall I had a fantastic experience with Shah and will highly recommend him

I haven't had much luck with repair people in past but i have to say from the first phone call till the end of the job, which was a few days, Shah was excellent. He arrived both occasions on time, was very polite and cleaned up after. Shah diagnosed the problem and fitted the new part with no problems. Would recommend this service and use again, hopefully not needed...

Shah is hands down one of the best tradesman I have had to deal with. I call him over the weekend and we talked through the issue I was having and he explained the most likely solution, prices and his fees should he deem the machine unrepairable. All very reasonable and he came over the next day. He took care not to damage any of my flat (as it had just been renovated) and repaired the inner drum seal perfectly and did a thorough test to ensure no leaks anywhere. Highly recommended.
