I’ve recently had a great experience with Jamie and his team in purchasing a new home at one of their new developments. The team were supportive, well informed and provided quick turnarounds on my hundreds of questions! Would recommend.

Would highly recommend Jamie & his team. I have recently bought a property on one of his developments, and can confirm they are involved in the full process from start to end. The development is excellent & has a homey feel even in a busy area in zone 3 London. This review relates to the London Mews properties.Jamie Lester properties have helped myself and my partner secure our first house. Thanks to the team we have been able to get our dream starter home on the help to buy scheme.We first visited in September organising our visit with Nina Wright - who's professionalism, reassurance, and recommendations were key to us getting the property; as we reserved before even visiting. Her rapid responses to our emails and advice meant that we felt comfortable dropping £500 to reserve a property before we'd even seen it; I assure you, reader, that I don't trust anybody that much so this was a feat.Upon arrival at the site for our first viewing we were met by Jamie Lester who's approach, communication style, and openness surrounding the location of the property (next to the North Circular) immediately reassured us. His description of the technical aspects related to the construction of the property, including next-gen windows and vibration proofing to prevent noise from the road, was comprehensible and comprehensive. Most estate-agents I have dealt with in the past have always tried to downplay issues (previously have had an estate agent tell me that millennials don't need storage or wardrobes because we are all minimalists, I assure I do). He did not, and when dealing with the purchase of your first home his approach is perfect.The property was also cheap for the local area and for the quality of the build; this of course always makes you wonder what's wrong" - Jamie's openness surround the fact that the developer was seeking to a/make a quick buck

We recently purchased a property which was listed by Jamie Lester Properties, however we had minimal dealings with them. I stumbled across the development via an advert on YouTube by chance. We contacted the agent, came to view it and made an offer. If anything the credit should go to their marketing team for making me aware that the property was for sale.Jamie was rarely available to answer our questions during the purchase process and opted to just send blanket video updates to all buyers in the development instead. When I asked him to have a phone call, his response was I'm dealing with 60 buyers at the moment

The most proactive agent in London. Jamie has acted as a sales agent for our development in Whitechapel and done an outstanding job. We have never before received such detailed feedback, such considered marketing and such a personal service in 20 years of working in the London property market. I would not hesitate to use Jamie for every new development we bring to market as I know he would give the instruction his full attention and deliver on his promises and then some.

I'm super excited to be completing my first property purchase through Jaime Lester properties. The key for me was his quick response and allowing me to pay to reserve before I had even seen the property. (At the time I was looking at other properties, agents were getting back to me weeks later and with incomplete info.) The property was as expected and in a perfect location for me.Jaime knows the home buying process so well that he recommends top people to put this through. Any concerns I had were answered in a timely manner and with transparency. You can tell he's put thought into the customer journey to put the homebuyer first.Jaime always communicated back same day and in a relatable manner through what's app, which I found out of all the people I had to speak to was the easiest.Great communication, collaborative, and knowledgeable about all aspects of property buying - I would highly recommend.

If I could give 6 stars, I would have done. Jamie has been excellent for me, bringing expertise, enthusiasm, energy, drive, imagination, innovative ideas, diligence, excellent feedback and communication. But most importantly, he helped me shift my stock, selling out a development by getting 77% of the remaining flats under offer within 8 weeks, exceeding asking price in many instances. You can't ask for more than that. Very highly recommended!
