From arrival Charlie makes you feel very comfortable, her customer service was great, she made sure I was re assured during my treatments and ensured she talked me through everything. Before and After my treatment Charlie always asks exactly what I want and if I’m happy and satisfied with my desired look. Charlie also offers two week reviews if needed for clients which I think is an amazing service to offer and I’ve not been offered that service by other practitioners, I think this enables us to see & feel re assured and it’s like the doors still open for aftercare etc. She is also easy to contact so if you have any questions which I have had in the past she always asks to send pictures before giving further advice if needed for swelling etc. Overall I have visited a few different practitioners but always end up returning to Charlie because I believe she has an amazing hand and always makes me feel incredible

I have been going to Charlie’s for over 4 years now! Charlie has done such an amazing job in helping me achieve the results I’ve wanted for years and years for my lips. They are better than I could have dreamed! (I had super thin lips). The detail of her work is insane! The shape, the lift and plumpness she achieved during our sessions was better than I could have imagined. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Charlie is the best! I’ve been going to her for my lips and other treatments for 2 years now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! She does my lips the way I want them every time and is so quick and almost painless! Her prices are also very reasonable for her level of skill! Honestly. Been going to Charlie for a couple years now. She’s so professional and honest. You can come to her with no idea of what you want but she will make sure she does what’s best for you! Her technique’s and skills are of high quality and I honestly tell everyone about her. The salon is stunning and so is her work!! Couldn’t recommend her enough.
