Bit of a slow process to start with but that was mostly due to the Corona pandemic and most companies not working however I feel I was kept in the loop throughout with regular emails or letters, when it came to the crunch side Eldred law secured me a fantastic compensation package I can't thank this company enough and would highly recommend to anyone who feels they may need it. I was very sceptical to begin with as I wasn't contacted directly initially by Eldred Law. Once I researched them I realised they were genuine. Once they were involved everything was explained and I was updated regularly. Any delays with my claim were down entirely to the MOD. Got a payout I was not expecting down to Steve from Eldred Law. They were fantastic. If your sceptical ring them. Best thing I ever did.

I wasn't entirely convinced that I would be entitled to a claim for hearing damage during my MOD service but Eldred Law were brilliant. I left regular service with the RAF in 2019 and submitted a compensation claim against hearing loss incurred as a result of duties conducted whilst serving. This was rejected as it was 'just outside' levels that fall into compensation range.I was contacted by Eldred law in 2021 and invited to pursue my claim again as the rules had changed and my case was now 'within limits'.The process was a long process, but having to satisfy many stakeholders, I maintained my patience. All the staff I interacted with were always professional with appropriate levels of sympathy towards my case.I am delighted to say that they have won my case and I have received a decent sum of compensation. It doesn't go anyway towards repairing my hearing, I have to wear hearing aids at all times now, but it's better than the rejection in the first instance.
