Good service, wonderful location, affordable rooms. They've got a breakfast option and a nice lounge to just chill or read a book.

Great hostel. Its genuinely safe and well situated. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The reception is open 24 hours. Beds have privacy curtains, sockets and lockers under the bed. Plenty of showers that are clean and well maintained.

Best hostel i ever had. Mathew is the best receptionnist you could find. So nice and helpful.A lot of nice people met. Breakfast is good.Have a lounge room. Bar, kitchen and even billard.The hostel is old but clean with nice architecture.Will come back.Nawfal

You get what you pay for. I had a room advertised as 8 sqm and I calculated it to be 4,5 sqm. Private rooms can not be big enough for two people to stay inside at the same time.

I booked this place because of the great reviews and because 10 years ago I stayed here and it was great. Now, it isn't worth the hype. Rooms are filthy and need to be vacuumed and get more maintenance. The wall beside my bed is filthy and full of dust, like they never do a deep cleaning.The worst part is that the bathrooms are unisex." I find this extremely uncomfortable. I know the UK and especially London is into that WOKE movement

It was very nice to stay at Palmers Lodge but the minus is that we were there when it was 32°c and there is no air conditioner, but that's not a big problem because all the day we were walking so wr just had to sleep at the Palmers Lodge, the really nice plus is that there is breakfast for £6.50 and it was really nice, but still it would be better if the breakfast was included in the price, so I really recommend Palmers Lodge

The only thing is you have 2 showers in your room but no toilet. You go down the hall for the toilet and more showers. The all you can eat breakfast is amazing and well worth the money £6.40 or £6. 60. The staff are helpful the place looks great and the train station is close. Swiss Cottage station, you can easily get to jubilee line or Finchley and get to backers street and backerloo line. I also went to Paddington station and king's Cross - st Pancras station and the line to Heathrow airport terminal 4. I was there 4 days I arrived Tuesday went to Paris Thursday and Friday to Cardiff then Saturday to the O2 for Madonna and Sunday most of a tour of London then straight to the airport to go to Adelaide.

Palmers Lodge Swiss Cottage
I stayed there for one week and that was the worst room I've ever had. The heater too hot and the bathrooms always with the trasher dirty.But the rest of the place was nice, and definitely a good breakfast for that money.
