We have received a quality service from King homes. We are currently in the process of buying a second property through King homes (the first one we had to pull out of the first sale). We originally registered an interest when we started our house buying journey, and both times we were called about the properties before they went live online, which is fabulous as we live in an area where buyers definatly outweigh houses. We have been dealing with Brittany through our purchase, she's been amazing and very professional. She responds quickly to emails and keeps us informed of how the rest of our chain is going. Looking forward to completing on our first family home with King Homes very soon!

There were many bumps in the road for us but the quality of communication and speed of response from Aaron at King Homes was first class and very reassuring during stressful times. A really friendly service where they took the time to get to know us and our needs. From day one both James and Arron were absolutely outstanding. I believe the excellent presentation online of our home helped King Homes sell our property extremely quickly at a realistic price with no fuss at all.They continued to monitor progress once the sale went to the solicitors and worked hard to keep it on track. Would strongly recommend King Homes to anyone, they always have time to take you calls and act quickly on any requests or queries.

My previous experience of estate agents has not been good, King Homes changed all that! Communication was excellent throughout the process and the team - especially Aaran were fantastic. They sold my house for the full asking price within 4 weeks, the property had been for sale with some very well know agencies for approaching 6 months. The marketing was exceptional and this combined with a very professional team made all the difference.
