Hello friends, I went to this mechanic, I'm not satisfied at all, he couldn't make my bike and made me wait for 2 months, you will experience the same, when you go to the repair, you will say that you will do it tomorrow. I do not recommend you

Avoid this place at all cost. They told me to left my ebike there so they would be able to evaluate the damage and then (after half hour) they would get in touch. 4 hours later they haven't said nothing and when I got there my bike it was in the exact same place. After some complaimg, they charged me almost two times the amount I paid in another bike shop

I don’t really know where to begin!I went to fix my two brakes broken at once, and I’ve been charged £50 for the fix and according to the guy in charge all the brakes components…. It was late and I had to cycling the bike without brakes for miles and didn’t notice straight way, that the guy basically changed the cables, I texted him to arrange a day to fix properly and when I went there he wasn’t working and the other even after see the txt msg from the boss! Got furious and starting swearing in his language, and badly speak English… they are like the many and many bad review says a cheater, does not know anything about customer service and after 3 times I went there without succed to fix my bike I had to spend another £50 but the bike is like new, now! Don’t understand how someone let this guy to run a shop in the central London!

Great and quick service for a good price! My BAFANG motor broke down, I thought it was beyond repair, but they were able to fix it quickly! Would recommend

Helpful and friendly folk in the bike shop out back, helped me when I needed air in my tyres and a few other things sorting!
