Ordered dried flower buttonholes which were delivered promptly despite a mix up with the address which was due to PayPal not the florist. Any communication with them was answered quickly and they are so helpful. The products I received were lovely and just as pictured. Well packaged and would have no hesitation in ordering from them again

I absolutely LOVE the flowers I received yesterday as a gift through The Great British Florist. They smell beautiful, looks fantastic and I love that they are local and seasonal. I recommend this florist to everyone I know. I was incredibly impressed with their customer service too - I had sent some flowers to my sister in-law this week and she hadn't received them (a courier issue not GBF), they have send another bouquet and reimbursed us the original cost. This is rare these day and very much appreciated. I will continue to use them and tell everyone about them. Love their flowers and the way they do business. Thank you! A very happy customer :)

I received a bouquet of flowers from The Great British Florist today…. What a treat! They are absolutely gorgeous and quite different from other on line florists. I shall certainly be using them when I want to sent flowers in future.

Could not recommend enough. I was drawn to this company due to their use of British flowers where possible and I loved that, as they're seasonal, it's a surprise as to what you'll get! My mum received them this morning and she is delighted. They're beautiful and colourful. The order and delivery process was excellent, with constant updates and a 1 hour time slot for delivery provided. I will definitely be using again.

Fantastic flowers, very Happy BUT not with DPD who delivered them once, in all day but couldn't be bothered to even come then next delivery two days later, flowers dying of thirst by then but luckily in Jel, just drooping, and they had obviously thrown the box around as flowers upside down nearly. Please use another courier flower people.

I just love British garden flowers and The Great British Florist supply beautiful ones. They arrived safely on the delivery day Thursday. Today, Sunday, they are opening and a real picture to enjoy for many days ahead. Thank you. I will most definitely use you again.

My daughter ordered wedding flowers from you and unfortunately because her wedding was on a Sunday you had to deliver to us on Friday morning. Our poor flower girl wands and our buttonholes began to get a little droopy and this amazing florist having been told at 5pm on the Saturday, rallied round and produced replacements and drove them from Hereford to London arriving at 9pm. Thar is unbelievably good service. Thank you for being so accommodating, so calm, so helpful and for going that extra few hundred miles. You saved the day in many ways!!!Caroline, Laura and Tom

Utterly recommend GBF! I used their service for my wedding and the flowers were exactly as I wanted. There was a minor problem with condition when the bouquet arrived but GBF immediately sent out an even more beautiful replacement. Fantastic customer service and talent driven flower arrangements. I would not hesitate to use again (although hopefully not for a second wedding!). Keep up the good work.
