I went with my family yesterday, the restaurant was pretty empty and staff not busy at all. First impressions were that it looked very dirty, tables full of food, trays etc. The floor too was not clean you could see food and rubbish on the floor. When I went to order , there was no line so I went straight to the counter to order and one member of staff very rude said to me you must order on the screen and turned away, I was shocked but I did it anyway. It took me a while as the screen was very slow . While I was putting my order on the screen this member of staff obviously did not want to work so told other customers to order on the 1 screen available as other was out of order so a line started to build behind me. Bearing in mind I was the first to order my food took over 20 mins to come out and it was cold , absolutely terrible service and quality from this place I would definitely not recommended to anyone, the staff attitude is appalling. I have pictures to prove how dirty the place was and how the staff weren't interested.

Hurry up! Great offers at the moment. I went last night and had so much food (combo for 2 people) and for just £11I don't know what the reall prices will be, but still is so tasty that I would not mind when I come back they had full price on everything.The place is nice by the way, good decoration.

Would give 0 stars if i could. My order never arrived. Drove there myself and spoke to the duty manager who refused to help or take any blame and instead just kept saying take it up with Uber. Work in service myself and I don’t like to cause issues because I know how annoying it can be but I was shocked how bad the manager is. Even had the audacity to hand out free food to the people ahead of us and then said he cannot give out free food once I spoke to him. Appealing

Chips seasoned very nicely. Double Decker Taco was pretty good, though I didnt particularly like the refried beans and will get a regular taco next time. Service very good and friendly.

Ordered through uber eats, instead of 2x 7 layer buritos and 2x double cheesy black bean burritos received 4x very small plain black beans buritos, also nachos missing from the order and instead of large fries, received small. What a joke, uber refused a refund because after checking number of items I reported only about missing nachos at first.

Taco Bell finally comes to South London.The service is fast, it is really fast food after all. There are touch screen kiosks like in McDonalds. In fast the whole operation is like McDonalds except you get tacos instead.The only option for vegetarian is Mexican beans. You can also choose spicy chicken or beef.They do have meal options and lots of cheese.The food is quite plain and lacking in flavour. I wouldn't really go again.The venue appears to be clean, spacious with a mixed audience, primarily teens.You're not missing much and can find better tacos for around the same price in plenty of other food stores in London.3 Stars for speed, service, hygiene and convenience

The chicken tacos and the chips were delicious. It's a shame that the churros were not served with chocolate sauce, we got caramel sauce instead. Overall it alwas a good experience.

Love tacos. Love Taco Bell. The shop was clean and presentable. Easy to order. Great options. I opted to t try the Chalupa taco; did not disappoint. Loved that I could customise my taco to exactly how I wanted it. Food tasted fresh.

Ordered from uber eats, could of made it all better my self and would of cost less. Only things that was good was the cinnamon crisps and they are straight out of a packet.Although .... it did arrive quick possibly had been made a while before we ordered as the food was soggy and cold ....We never had it before so wanted to try it as we just moved. Don't think we will ever order again...

Just go my order stone cold, and there was no meat or cheese filling inside any of the meal, road kill would have been a better choice. Never in the rest of my days on this planet will I order eat or even recommend taco bell to anyone, if anything I will have to be saving them from a disaster of food choice. All the hype this must be from the employees and management. Disgusting and disgraceful. Here is there taco then look at the photos.
