Dental Partners Bradford (Ravat & Ray)

So I been registered with this dentist for possibly 3 years, I suffer from mental illnesses and find it difficult to do normal day to day things like getting to appointments etc but I still put in effort to do so, but today I had a appointment and I called up explaining I’m late but was told I have been removed from the dentist practice, I pleaded to them that I’m late by a few minutes and I should be seen to but i was told I’ve been removed from the practice even though almost every time I’ve had a appointment I’ve had to wait upto half an hour even after arriving at correct time so why is it that when a patient is late his reasons for being late aren’t accepted. Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour and response towards me.Avoid at all costs, I will spread the word to my family and friends who are registered here to take their money elsewhere as this practice does not care about its patients!!!!

I was referred for an extraction under sedation, and the whole process was simple. Great communication, and the staff were always friendly. On the day, the extraction was performed professionally, and my escort was given clear aftercare instructions.

The ladies who work on reception and with the dentists are absolutely fabulous. They go over and above what's expected of them. They are helpful and friendly. Jonathan is the most patient and friendly dentist ever. He puts you at ease immediately and is gentle when working on your mouth. Highly recommended this dentist.

Excellent experience from start to finish.All the girls working there were lovely and the dental surgeon who extracted my wisdom tooth was a total professional..I would highly recommend this practice.

I think this is one of the worst dentist practise in UK. Please avoid or you will suffer like me with pain. I came the first time to do my root canal the dental surgeon took one root out of tooth and left other one inside and put a crown on top. After afew weeks I got pain when I went back they told me what happened and there is nothing they can do only option is take the tooth out.Then I was given a different surgeon he couldnt understand what I wanted I was asking for a different treatment he kept forcing me to do something else so I spoke to management then they changed my surgeon. After that everything was going good until he left. The nightmare started again. I would advise not to go to this dentist patient are treated bad and when u want to speak to manager she will never talk to you the excuse is she is in a meeting. If someone has the same problem please contact me by replying we can stop this happening to other and takethe complaint further.I have spoken reception and they will not even let me talk to the manager it's a sham to show they care what a joke.

Everyone, from the receptionist,dentist & dental assistant, we're extremely helpful & kind. The treatment was smooth & painless, and good after care advice given. A very positive experience.

First visit, amazing kind polite staff, very thorough and explained all procedures I will need, actively listened to my concerns and suffering with severe anxiety really put my mind at rest. Genuinely looking forward to the work commencing next week and on going so I will be out of pain and able to talk and smile again without covering my mouth with my hand.

I was referred to this dentist as my own had been unsuccessful in performing a back tooth extraction. I was therefore nervous having to go through the procedure a second time. The staff and dentist were extremely friendly and explained everything regularly checking I was ok. The extraction was extremely professional with absolutely no pain and I actually felt happy at the end! Bradford is extremely lucky to have such a great dentist. I can't thank you enough.

Hi not really bothered about reviews and stuff but just got off the phone to reception. You girls need to learn how to speak professionally and stop acting like little kids and also tbh you guys are rude unprofessional and I'd advise go elsewhere. hierarchy receptionist is rude ignorant she mumbled on the phone and cuts off in a rush. Manners dont cost nothing and being nice doesnt hurt no one. Dental treatment is fine. The front of staff who run this place is a joke! It's all the asian staff and I'm asian my self

I was referred to this dentist and had an appointment at 9am. Was greeted by a lovely, friendly receptionist. Whilst waiting I filled out some forms. I had a tooth removed with NO pain whatsoever. Thank you for the BRILLIANT service
