All round excellent service. Having recently moved to Lincoln from Manchester I had originally booked an appointment with Spec savers and was let down with no notice. I booked for Boots optical and the service was first class. Of the 4 staff who dealt with me they were absolutely brilliant, professional, helpful and polite. Along with a vast choice of glasses. I'm booked to pick my new glasses in two weeks time and will definitely be using them again in 2 years time.Can I just say thank you to all.

My last visit to Boots had been moved to January this year from my normal visit in November so technically I was not due for an appointment - however I needed to replace my spare pair of glasses which I had lost in my garden. Boots allowed me to attend my appointment, the examination was thorough and the information given to me was very clear. I had full confidence in the specialist and was shown the photos of the back of my eyes and informed of the changes and what to expect. The ordering of the replacement glasses was done efficiently. All in all a good visit to Boots in Lincoln.

My wife arrived and went to the desk to say she was there . Unknown to her the lady didn’t inform the opticians staff . So she sat there an extra 25 mins before she stood up and went back to see if there was a problem . They apologised and she was seen to at once

Everything was perfect. My only point is that I booked a free eye test and after finishing I was asked to pay 29.5 £.I have no problem to pay ,it was a good service but it should be clear that it will cost .....Thanks.

The lady (Deb) who worked the machines to check my eyesight and perform a scan of both eyes, was polite and efficient. The optician (Tom) was friendly, gave explanations as he went along and was clear and concise.

If I could have have given 0 stars I would. We used this store as it was closer to our sons university but from now on he will do his eye tests in our local store. The staff were disorganised and did not communicate with each other causing major mistakes with our order. After driving 4 hours to and from this store there was little care taken in sorting out the issues we had with our order. We were told the manager of the store would contact us to sort out these issues and that call never came however after having spoken to customer services it was no more than 5 minutes before the manager was straight on the phone to me. Zero compensation and came across quite rude
