The store was clean and stocked well... There was a lovely staff member on the till, a well spoken older gentleman with a gold bangle. He was helpful packing up, wearing gloves, engaging in friendly conversation and he checked my eggs for breakage. Even said if he found one he would offer a small discount as not to waste the whole box in turn saving the planet.. such a pleasant change to hear that positive thinking.. which made complete sense... Instead of throwing away a whole pack of food.. fruit or veg.. Due to one rotten item.. thank you.. x

What is it with this branch? ALWAYS out of stock of practically everything. Empty shelves everywhere and almost totally empty freezers. This is a common occurrence at this branch. Why can't they manage stock like the Kingsthorpe branch? Seriously unimpressed with 'the partner' who is responsible for managing this store

I had a really bad experience today with an employee, I went for buying tob for me, i showed my id, but she was asking id of 3 friends with me for getting a tob.we showed id, but she wasn't satisfied with that. She was very rude and treated us like a slave. Show some respect to customers. If she don't wanna sell anything , just close the shop pls .
