Nearing to the end of our visit in the Isle of Wight, needed a new tyre urgently before travelling 400miles, we were dealt with professionally and swiftly, the whole process from arriving until leaving took less than 30mins, great service.

The customer service here is brilliant, all staff are very friendly especially Gary at the front desk (I think that's his name). I forgot my locking bolts and they still managed to fit my car in even after waiting over an hour for me to go and get them. Nice to see a great business like this in the island

Fabulous company to work with. Gary, the Manager, is always efficient, polite and friendly. I get all my MOTs, tyres etc done here. I wouldn't use anyone else. I had tyre blow out today. Recovery got me to Island Tyres who very quickly helped me get back on the road to work

Had a catastrophic blowout on our caravan tyre. Gary and his team did a great job fitting a new tyre (and 2 others as a precaution) from stock. The wheels were fitted with Tyron bands, making fitting more time consuming, but no extra charge was made.Thanks Gary!

On our first day of a short break on the Island I found on arrival at our hotel my Jazz had a slow puncture. I drove to your place after the receptionist at the hotel told us where you were situated. It was about just after 16.00 on Friday 19th and was told I needed appointment and the earliest was 14.00 on Saturday. For a job that would have taken about 30 minutes max I thought that was very bad service.I then went over to ATS where the chap said no problem we'll sort you out and I was back on the road within 30 mins.Top marks ATS .Island Tyres One star is over the top
