I went in to have a couple of hooded jackets altered, I explained what I wanted and was given a receipt with a date for when they'd be ready.When I went to pick them up, one needed a slight further alteration, which was done within minutes.I'll definitely be coming back if I need anything altered in the future.

Very poor & ruined my suit.I wanted some alterations to a suit, length on the legs & jacket.Jacket, not straight on length.Trousers, wonky stitching that you can visible see.Suit ruined for them to butcher for £28.00.To top it off, I took in my own new suit bag & hanger. Only to receive from the vape shop next door in another suit bag that was mucky & tatty.Oh! My suit was mucky too.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEI ADVISE YOU TO THINK AGAIN BEFORE TRYING.I'm angry because I've had to purchase another for a wedding.

Really lost for words! Having been told my vintage CP company was going to cost me an arm and a leg master tailor came to the rescue! Sorted my Goggle jacket hood out with the re-elasticating of the goggles fitting best place to go for all the casuals needs! I will be returning

They are the best I have a tracksuit try to get it done at other tailors but they said this can not be done and this guys sort it out with no problem, highly recommend them!!

Expected a professional service. Took a Skirt in that need taking in. It was lined and thought a tailor would take the lining and waist band out and then take alter the skirt. No put 2 darts in the back one is longer than the other quite shoddy. My mum could’ve done this it’s n expensive skirt hence taking it to a Tailor. £12 for 1 or 2 minutes work. Wouldn’t recommend

Absolutely amazing customer service, very lovely people, the work on my studded leather jacket was completed very quickly and the quality of the work was exceptional. I travelled to this specific tailors 1.5 hours but it was way worth it, highly recommend as no one would take on the job apart from them.

I had an outfit disaster during a wedding and rang masters to see if they could help. It was a Saturday afternoon and without even questioning, they made room for me and said they would help as best they can. I arrived and they started fixing my outfit straight away. I honestly couldn't have been more grateful! They were both so lovely and helpful. If I lived closer, I would definitely be taking all my items here! Thank you both so much for going above and beyond. It was greatly appreciated!
