Not so big but had everything I needed on my list plus great prices, neatly arranged, queue was well managed for a city centre store. so I would rate well anytime.

It was a lovely experience and the people were lovely too but it's fantastic being back at John Lewis back home now this is where I belong thank you everyone at Ponteland waitrose for having me and making my visit so welcoming

Staff helpful. But shop a bit cluttered with boxes in way of isles so is difficult for disabled people and parents with prams and buggies to get around. Will still alway use the shop if i can though. Good value for money.

Wow how is this shop still open? Staff just don't want to help you supervisor always in the street smoking with other members of staff.lost count of how many times items are priced at one price on the shelf the you get to check out and it's a different price this had happened 6 times now.staff do bother to look they just walk off.boxs all over it's like an obstacle course,just wish I could rate less I highly recommend going to a different store stay clear of this one

Staff are great help but few in numbers as apposed to the thieves hanging about, visit this store weekly and could do with better security

When you want quantity, everything being averaged on the great name of Pounds, Poundland is a great place to let your money work for your faster. As you can buy more at Poundland what you couldn't buy in other UK shops, just with same value of money
