The customer service here is excellent. Lovely fabrics stocked and very knowledgable and helpful staff. Appreciate advice for getting the best out of fabrics and tips regarding sewing projects making them look more sophisticated, also help throwing together an outfit for an 80’s party. Highly recommend ditto fabrics.

I'm so lucky to have this treasure trove of a fabric shop on my doorstep. The selection of fabrics is second to none - Gill, the owner, really knows her stuff when it comes to quality and this is reflected in the stock. The vast majority of my sewing is clothing which is actually to be worn by me and small child, and I always find something that fits the brief in Ditto. I always get a friendly reception from staff and they are all knowledgeable and helpful and have experience sewing the fabrics they are selling. Cannot recommend highly enough! And by the way, I've never in all the years I've shopped here had fabric cut short.

Inspired to sew after many years I bought a merchant and mills child’s pattern from Ditto, I received so much help and guidance it was a wonderful experience.I left the shop with the pattern, material cottons, bias binding and a deep smile.Plus the offer to return if I get stuck !Fabulous Thankyou

I have been here a couple times now, and both times the staff have been so lovely! The ladies at the counter helped me figure out what I needed for my projects and found me the perfect fabrics. Everything I've bought so far has been high quality and great value for money :)
