Blown away by how great the staff here are. Looking for a Christmas present for my daughter and really had no idea what I needed. Tommy took at least 30 minutes to answer all my stupid questions, talked me through a whole load of options and explained everything so clearly. And his final solution came in well below my budget. Can’t thank them enough.

I went for them to make sure my camera was working properly, because I was having some problems with it. A young lady checked it out and its working fine now. The young lady was polite, friendly and very friendly infant we had a look round and a male assistant spoke to us as we was looking a cameras, he just wanted to know if I needed any help but I didn't. I would recommend them for there friendliness and knowledge.

Great customer service and advice from Phil. Spent best part of 2 hours with me going through my best options for upgrading my kit to the OM-1. Thank you for your time and patience. No hard sales pitch just very flexible choices and time to decide (if I needed it) without commitment. Can't think of anywhere else where you get such great customer service and advice. Would highly recommend Wex and will always be my 1st choice.

She advised me in great detail about Eizo Monitors.I was so impressed – I bought one costing £1k plus. It is fantastic and I am so pleased with it. I have to say shopping at Wex Norwich was an absolute pleasure last week and reminds me of how customer service used to be. Tommy was absolutely excellent in his knowledge of cameras and helped us navigate the landscape to find the right option for our daughter's A Level photography. He exhibited knowledge, patience and never made us feel like he was selling, simply helping. He is a credit to the store and highly recommended.

We unknowingly bought 2 lenses online that weren’t quite right for our Sony camera. From the initial customer service enquiry through to swapping them over, the process was seamless. Easy to converse with, wonderful service from Reece and the Sony representative, and a very happy customer. Well done Wex. We’ll be back.

I would just like to say my recent visit to Wex in Norwich and the fabulous advice and service that I received from Layne was first class. Layne was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble even if this did mean bringing out half the storerooms tripods and ball heads for me to try. Thank you my 200-500 lens is sitting perfect now.

Can't praise this place highly enough. Visited initially just for some advice about equipment to get our son started in creative media ahead of college. Amazing staff, very helpful, and explained everything in layman's terms, which helped a lot. We were so confident in the knowledge and advice from the sales consultant, Tommy G, that we ended up walking away with what we needed to get started.

Sorry a bit of a long review but it's definitely worth it.i've been out of photography for a number of years so i decided to revisit Wex store norwich , and I have to say the company are still as good as they were many many years ago, I ended up purchasing a Canon mid range mirror camera and a top spec lens RF L-seriesamongst other things over the next couple of weeks . my goal was to photography for high-speed sports like I did years ago and for wildlife photography .I'm not disappointed in the slightest , this Rf lens is absolutely amazing just like the predecessors Ef lens " the new RF len still delivers high-quality
