Salus Chiropractic Sports Clinic

I have used this clinic a number of times over the last year using the services of both Susan and mark and have had excellent results helping me with my sports activity. Would highly recommend plus their new location in Morpeth in the leisure centre is very convenient with good parking

Able to get me in short notice, spotted the issue just from me walking in. Repaired and repositioned everything best sleep I've had in years.... cannot recommend highly enough.

I have had issues off and on with my back for several months. Eventually ended up trying Salus through a personal recommendation. I can safely say that it is THE best decision I've ever made. Highly professional, very knowledgeable- my issues were identified and I went through a course of treatment that has liberated me from the pain and discomfort I was in. I would highly recommend.

Injured my back in the garden and could hardly move and in extreme pain.Managed to get an appointment at short notice which was great . 3 sessions and a week later just about back to normal and pain gone completely .Can hardly believe it .Cannot recommend highly enough .

I needed an appointment urgently and got fitted in the next morning and the treatment I received gave me a massive relief. Susan was very knowledgeable and excellent at her job!

I cannot emphasis how much relief I have had from 3 visits with Susan. I was terrified to go to my first appointment as I can't deal with pain but Susan put me at ease straight away and it didn't hurt a bit!! in fact I was already in a lot more pain with my neck and lower back and immediately felt the difference once my 1st visit was complete. my 3rd visit was today and I feel like I'm walking so much straighter and have a better posture too. I will keep up my regular exercise and will absolutely be visiting on a regular basis now as the relief in my neck tension is amazing.

This review has been set in place in response to previous review. I was advised by google to reply via this route as the account is in the process of Re verification due to change of address. The review that was left is being checked by google as they agree this review was a personal attack on my character and not a review of the clinic or service. I was also advised that The person in question has placed several unhappy reviews on other businesses. Whilst it is not for me to judge the experience of another and their opinion ,when it is a personal attack or defamation of my character then I feel the need to respond. The person in question called after having booked in for her first consultation to say she was lost and couldn’t find the clinic. Trying to establish where she was and explaining the address it became clear that she was trying to get to the cramlington clinic address. When I had explained that we are now currently in Morpeth she became very angry stating she would just go to the other one then! This was unclear if she ment just another chiropractic clinic or to the Morpeth site. It was suggested that she had an appointment that was set aside for her in an attempt to explain that if she wanted she still had time to arrive for her appointment as no one else would have taken this appointment now! But she became increasingly angry over the miscommunication and proceeded to shout that her husband had taken time off work and the slammed the phone down. At no point was there any annoyance regarding loss of money and certainly did not even enter the conversation. the suggestion that the salus clinic is incompetent and the personal attack is unacceptable and unfair given the person did not even make it to either clinic to then make such a damaging statement is disgraceful. At salus we pride ourselves on taking time and going the extra mile for our patients and have many happy reviews on our FB page. It is unfortunate that this situation happened and could have been avoided with some calmness and maturity. We apologise for any inconvenience in this short time whilst transitioning from one clinic site to another and can assure that we are trying to communicate this as best Possible. I was looking for a local to me chiropractor so i googled what was in my area. I found Salus in Admiral industrial estate in Cramlington and rang the number on the website. I arranged an appointment over the phone. On the day of the appointment I tried to find the unit at the address on the website . When I couldn't I rang the number. I explained I couldn't find the unit address (in cramlington), only to be told my appointment was in the morpeth office. I explained there was no way I could get to Morpeth only to be turned upon and told I have wasted time someone else could have used. I found her attitude highly offensive as 1. She never told me my appt was in a different office. 2. My husband and myself had to take time off work - so obviously she wasnt bothered about that. 3.to me it appears she was more annoyed that she wouldn't be getting her fee for the consultation 4. I went in good faith through the website, it is not my fault this company is incompetant. Since my review the owner has updated the location.

I had just booked a 4 day break away in an hotel i got up from sleep the next day ( friday ) i had so much back pain i could barely walk i managed to get in to get an appointment for mid day Susan worked her magic and by 2pm next day i was pain free , monday i went away had a great break returned friday had another session and feel even better .Susan i can't thank you enough .

Very professional, Had a problem with my leg and knees and now I'm more than happy with the results
