I remember one of the first costa coffee bars at Central Station in Glasgow, (Perhaps the first ),where you would meet yer mates under the clock at central station and have a coffee. At that time it was quite the thing for the fashionista barista coffeez aficionados. The Costa explosion Definitely rivals Starbucks and having sampled their toasted croissants and Flat white, I felt a comparison would be interesting. The service was excellent, very quick and very polite. Obviously they have been well trained ..perhaps certain American burger joints could learn from this process.I had toasted roll with sausages. My guess yesterday’s rolls get toasted. The sausage links were decent and the coffee ( flat white)was also decent.I think a blend of arabica and robusta. Costa has a smoother taste than Starbucks and the burnt-bean theory, which is more palatable although I prefer the Starbucks coffee. However Costa was roughly £1.50 cheaper than Starbucks. Over £7 for a coffee and a rechauffe bun is pricey. With so many artisan coffee places in Glasgow yer dot dash would be better spent there unless you’re in a hurry

Been coming here regularly over the years for. It's a fairly standard branch of Costa Coffee with the usual range of coffees, teas, cold drinks and snacks. The service here is usually excellent, although there's a high turnover of staff and so the service can be slightly inconsistent, but very rarely. The range of snack is alway excellent, even by the standard of Costa. The cafe is pretty much in the middle of nowhere, but there's a small car park and we've never had any problems getting a spot.

They never clean out the group head properly so it always tastes burnt. Caught up with a friend who got a parking fine. For sitting in. Avoid if you can.

Read others comments about parking. We live 5 mins drive away from here and would have walked or not even bothered if we knew about the parking charges. Unfortunately, the first time we found out was when the fine came threw the door. Returned to speak to manager and check signage, there is only 3 signs, 1 on the way in (the tiny entrance way coming off a busy road with no chance to read and it's too high to see) and the other 2 are not at eyeline or on the walking path customers should take (the zebra crossing). No signs on the door or no mention of this in the store.I have filmed a video of the customer experience from the car to the door highlighting that there is only 1 opportunity to read the sign.... that's on the way on from the main road with literally zero chance to safely read or notice this. Not good enough costa

Consistently get the drive through order wrong. Ordered 2 roll and sausage with brown sauce, got 2 roll and bacon with red sauce. Ordered a warm croissant, got a cold, solid one (8am). Fed up of the poor service but not many options on route at this time.

It's fine. When you sit in to dine / drink in these drive through places the service really is focused on the car drivers and not those inside to the same extent. Always bugs me and is always the case. One person serving compared to three with the drivers. Obviously the service level declines. But fine coffee and ambiance.

Stopped here for a tea and 'hazelnut hot chocolate'. Barely any taste of the hazelnut syrup and the paper tab was left stuck to the teabag, rather than tucked on the outside of the cup for easy removal.I have some sympathy for the working conditions the staff endure but having worked in hospitality in my youth I feel I can state with confidence that these are not difficult tasks to get right. Not good enough. It makes you wonder what stuff they fail to get right 'behind the scenes'.I recommend the McDonald's the other side of the junction.

AVOID! Whoever owns this franchise has decided to bring in a private parking firm to issue £100 penalty notices for anyone staying for more than 90 mins! Yes, even if you're sitting inside Costa in the evening with friends = £100 fine! Appreciate they might have a daytime parking problem, but it shows how little they truly care about customers! Plenty of other places to drink overpriced coffee locally....
