Formula One Autocentres - Kidderminster

F1 auto centres has a great team working at this branch. As a female going into a garage it can be quite daunting, but I felt welcome here. My questions were answered and the MOT I had was very reasonably priced at £37.50 ( booked online for discount). I called regarding my appointment and was informed there were discounts available online.My MOT was completed professionally and my car was as I left it. I will be going back for anything they can help with regarding my car! Thank you F1 auto centres

Sometimes I worry about being ripped off at car garages as a woman, but I had my car MOT'd here at the weekend and there was no problem! The guys on the receptipon were friendly and welcoming, and it was around £10 cheaper MOT than other local places. Will definitley be coming back

Needed 2 tyre £100 each, I thought was a decent price.but wanted £10 to swap a wheel from front to back, I thought was a p take as it’s not much to change over . So went to ETB Same rated tyres mediums£80 each and no charge for the swap over. Won’t be going to get ripped at formula 1.

So far so good, replaced 2 tyres. Checked 2 others and gave useful feedback on their condition. Better advice than that received from their Malvern branch.

Booked my Car in @ Kidderminster Branch for an MOT, the service was top class, had work done before and have no issues whatsover, the only place i will take my car in future. Great lads.

I am very upset and disappointed. First I had to leave my car there for days as they cut off something but they hadn’t have the right parts to fix it. When I picked up the car I was charged for another extra part. One week later I had all 4 tyres changed and I had an ‘insecure rack gaiter’ issue caused by them by not putting back the metal clip earlier. They told me though to ‘avoid muddy places’. When I took back the car (was said to drop the car off 2 days later in the morning) they said sorry they forgot to order the part. That was my last visit then. It felt like no one really knows whats going on. Not sure all my appointments were booked properly in their calendar as sometimes they had no idea why I am there until Paul turned up. I was really surprised as I was there before, between 2016-2021 and never had any issues, but that was a different staff back then. I gave only 2 as they missed the clips, knew about it and let me drive my car like that. Hopefully it won’t cause any further issues until It will be fixed.

I tend to use this centre a lot because the guys there are really helpful and I've never been let down

Telephoned around this morning as my aircon needed regassing, they fitted me in within the hour, I went for a walk came back and was all done … great service great price

Had 4 tyres fitted very good price,check on car with sale was told certain parts had perishedand it would fail mot cost would be £300 approx,took car to our usual mot centre next day it passed? No problems also the rims of the wheels have come back filthy whare er is on them it's taken a lot of work to clean. OK when they went in didn't notice due to the problem they said we had,

I had two rear tyres replaced at another company, in another town yesterday. I then travelled to Stourport. Today I found that I had flat on one of the new tyres. Was taken to Formula One Autocentre by the recovery. They inspected the tyre, correctly refitted the same tyre and didn't charge me. I was a stranger and didn't know any better. They could have told me anything. Very quick honest service. The mechanic was awesome
