Our kitchen was meant to be ready to use (along with all appliances) by the 14th of December.All excitement cooled down when a wrong colour of kitchen was delivered two days before installation! Waited a week for the delivery of the right colour.Meanwhile the joiner managed to built the cabinets in utility room (as the colour was the one we have orderd) but there wasn't enough worktop and decorative plinth was also missing.When kitchen started to be installed it turned out there's few doors missing, cables for lights weren't delivered and few other items never came with the order! As a result of the delay in delivery, joiner couldn't finish the kitchen before Christmas (and he tried his best to somehow make it work) and electrician wasn't able to come and connect the appliances! So we were left without washing machine, cooker, oven and tap for Christmas with three small children. Absolutely gutted and disappointed. Not a nice experience. The whole order was totally messed up!
