Scammed!! Paid for plans and never recieved them. Quick to come out and measure up. Please don't be fooled... they will take your money and dissappear.

Feel like we were scammed.We hired this company to assess the loft conversion and stairs on a property we had just bought and wanted advice on how we could modify the structures to meet building regulations and safety standards.The document which we received, was not only late, but it also did not address any of the issues we asked for advise on, nor did it suggest any solutions. It was completely unprofessional and nothing in the report went above what we pointed out to the surveyor or gave any specialist insight. In fact, to be straight to the point, I could have written it myself. I feel as if I have been scammed into paying £250 for this company to word process my thoughts - which I am capable of doing myself.
