Great food, everything fresh and tasty. Recommend with whole heart, especially if you want to try some polish pastry.

Great to have a independent bakery with great selection of bread and cakes. We bought some bread rolls and two cream puffs both were really tasty. Staff very friendly would recommend a visit next door to where Kingston cycles shop used to be

Really fab pizza mushroom baguette & also love the sweet cheese pastry.Great dough, fresh n soft, consistent too.Servers are friendly & helpful if asked questions.

Beautiful little bakery all the goods looked amazing the staff were so polite and helpful walked away with a little selection of cakes and they were all stunning visually and in the mouth and the price was very reasonable for what you get aswell now we always take a little detour down hessel road just for a little treat

Freind told me about nice cakes pastry gave it try told woman first time been in said been there 3 yrs I said see u again been back 3 times up to now carnt wait to visit again your spoilt for choice try different every time

Been there twice. First time came in and from basic politeness said 'Hi' to the lady. Never got 'hi' or 'you're welcome' back. Lady serving was talking to another client in their own language, which I am not bothered by. I am not English either. But I do like when staff serving me are polite back. As for the products everything I bought was nice, loved the flavour and got a taste of home.Second time I didn't even get the chance to get in the shop. Stepped my foot in saying 'Hello'. Just heard back 'Only 1 customer 1 at a time!' with rude tone of voice. I don't mind a person saying excuse me first. After going out and waiting for my turn I read the rules posted on the doors and it said 2 customers are allowed in at the time. As I felt unwanted there and as I work hard for my money I decided not to go in. I definitely won't be coming back and would advise everybody, who consider good customer service as part of the experience not to visit.(I've been there on Saturday, 10.10 between 17.45 and 18.00)

Bought a piece Vanilla Cream fruit cream for £2.49 (about 100-150g) what obviously tasted like an old milk/cream in it, three people at home tried and agree it is old and definitely not worse that money. Took that piece back to the shop where lady told to me:My boss said I can't take a return

Simply fabulous! We have visited the Trinity market pop up shop before and noticed the Hessle Road store and thought we would give it a try.The store was absolutely immaculate, very clean and tidy. The lady who served us was very friendly and the products are all fantastic. Our favourite is the French Cruller Doughnut, it’s very light and classy. I have even taken these into business meetings before with clients and they have been very impressed. 5 stars from me
