Roseland Court Care Home in Truro

The manager of this care home, Michelle, is the most uncaring & non-compassionate woman I’ve ever had the misfortune of knowing. Stay away from this care home, there is NO care here.

My Mother in Law recently moved in to Roseland Court prior to transfering to assisted living. The Home was excellent! Staff were always friendly and made sure she was given first class care, food was very good and Andy the manager couldn't do enough for us and my Mother in Law. Overall a great place where we felt confident she was being looked after to a high standard. Thank you.

My client recently moved from another Carehome that treated her poorly and sadly became very negative about life and the future until she went to Roseland. Caring is a tough job and carers are NEVER given the credit they deserve and I'm tired of it. No matter how many challenges the staff at Roseland have they CARE, as a medical professional myself I am overwhelmed by the change in my client and how caring the staff are and I personally want to thank you for putting a smile back on my clients face.From maintenance, chef, carers, nurses and led by a new Manager Michelle I think you stand out amongst many others I've been involved with.Keep doing what you are doing!
