Absolutely fantastic service and skillful nail art. Took great care of my 9yo daughter and her cousin - we will be back!!!

Last time I've done acrylic lasted 3 weeks instead of usual 4.However, that's not the main issue. One of the employees there was quite rude and I felt uncomfortable that I've had to ask for someone else to take over, as he was getting unreasonably and obviously upset, speaking in a different language on top of that, as it wasn't bad enough experience.If they can't be arsed with clients requests or agree with anything you're saying you want, then I don't think job with customers is for everyone.

I’ve been coming to flora nails for over a year now and I can attest that the nail service is immaculate. My manicures are always perfect, I always get compliments on my nails and I love the environment of the salon everyone is so welcoming and friendly!

They rescued my nails after I got a really poor set of acrylic overlays elsewhere. All lifted acrylic was removed carefully and, although they could have insisted I pay for a full new set, they kindly infilled them professionally and shaped them beautifully, now my nails look great and are strong! I've gotten compliments and I'll make this my new regular nail shop because I trust their standards.

This was my first visit and I was really impressed. The staff was friendly despite being busy and directed me and others to choose our colours from the display. There was a short wait ( I had not booked but I heard bookings being made on the phone) and as soon as I sat down I realised how good the nail technician was. I have always been told my short, flaky nails were too short for a French manicure... but not this time! I have beautifully drawn French nails! Thank you , The Floral Nails!

Very friendly staff that are professional and good at nail, and a nice salon. However I am a nail tech/ beauty therapist by trade, and had nail extensions as a Christmas treat. Was massively over charged, at £80 including student discount which I was shocked (I am currently at university). This may have been acceptable in London salons, or maybe if acrylic sculpture work was fully carried out. But the nail art was extremely basic, and was mainly glitter and shellac. This is full price normal salons was £50/60 tops with no discount. The nails took standard time to carry out. They were well executed and very pretty, but definitely not worth the price. All my therapist friends agree, unfortunately I will not be returning nor could I recommend. Due to this, as the same nails could be achieved at other salons for a fraction of the price this salon unfortunately was just being gready with the price. Such a shame and disappointing.

This place is a rip off. They asked for an extra £5 for removing a set of acrylics and for filing my nails. Wouldn’t recommend. Even 1 star is too much for the service they provide.

I love this little nail shop. They are talented and help you decide unlike the super-quick ‘in and out’ attitude of some of these places. My holiday nails has a real flower and seashell.My work nails are shorter and plainer but still pretty :-) They also survived a heavy day gardening.

Went In to get shellac done. Had an appointment yet I had to wait 25 mins. The man began my nails but did the worst job ever. Didn’t do any cuticle work at all and the shellac itself was applied so thick and uneven you can see and feel all the bumps! The nails weren’t even shaped properly all squint and didn’t level them up so they were all diff sizes. He then left 4 nails for someone else to finish which I had to wait another 20 mins. Definitely not coming back my nails look like a child has done them. To charge someone £30 there should have been cuticle work done as well as applying the product properly. The UV light was also so disgusting I didn’t want to put my hand in there.
