The girls at the shop were excellent. I went in feeling a little over whelmed but the knowledge and help from the staff made my experience stress free and enjoyable. They were able to point me in the right direction and really help. I was clueless going in and had no idea what I wanted. The staff were super patient and friendly and really helped in showing me different styles and varieties along with the accessory options too.Thanks to the great staff and the huge range of frocks at Copplestones I was able to 'say yes'.

I’m not impressed by the attitude of the staff here.My partner booked an appointment, to which she arrived 10 minutes late because of childcare issues.Once she arrived to the store my fiancé was met with hostility from a older sales assistant suggesting next time she should “pull herself together and book another appointment” followed by more remarks that left her feeling uncomfortable and disheartened!She knew roughly which dress she liked and would’ve only taken a moment to pick.Sadly despite some beautiful dresses this shop has they’ve lost a guaranteed customer to a different store that was much more welcoming and friendly.

Me and my now wife :) went shopping for our dresses here back in November 2018. The staff were very helpful. We didn't want to see what each other were trying on and so had made separate appointments. They were helpful with trying on and choosing styles and we didn't fee rushed. Once we chose our dresses we were able to store them in the shop for almost 12 months at a small fee which put our minds at ease. Maxine (seamstress) was very helpful with alterations, she made us feel very comfortable and made sure our dresses were perfect and ready in time for the big day!

Amazing shop, loads of choice, lovely staff. Its a very laid back easy going shop which is what I liked. I had recently been to other shops but I did not feel welcome. The staff here made you feel special and comfortable the minute you walk in the door.

Being a plus size is not easy for clothes shopping but for bridal shopping it’s terrifying. I needn’t have worried at all. Tracey at was amazing. She put me straight at ease and let me choose what wanted to try and then gave her opinion. I was so glad she did as I walked out of there with my dream dress and accessories all safe and ready for my fitting closer to the day. Just wonderful service and lovely friendly staff. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you x

Absolutely brilliant shop! We visited today and are so happy with the quality and range of dresses that we were able to try. We were served by Lauren who was so lovely and patient - really couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

An incredibly disappointing experience at copplestones in liverpool. I had booked an appointment in advance and once I arrived with my futureMother in law I was asked about our wedding date. I had mentioned it wasn’t until early 2024 or maybe even 2025. I full understand it’s early to be looking however I want to get excited and find out what styles suit me and what don’t. I am on a weight loss journey however even losing weight I have always been a curvy shape. The sales assistant, Angela I believe, instantly told me in a very dis encouraging way that it was very early for me to even be looking. She was not not enthusiastic at all and didn’t make me feel special. We felt we were just an annoyance which was funny seeing as we were the only ones in store. She was very blunt and to be honest I’m surprised we even stayed to try any on as I wanted to leave in the first 5 minutes after the comment was made. We later on went to wed 2 b where I was made to feel very special throughout the whole time we were there. I got a dress! It’s a real shame coppletones sales associates clearly don’t want to be there.

what a pleasure it was to shop here. We went wedding dress shopping on Saturday and had a couple of places to go to. My daughter was so nervous about going as she is a curvy girl and was worried that she would be made to feel exposed or uncomfortable but her experience couldn't have been further from that. She found a dress that she loved there but we still had some other places to visit so didn't take the plunge. After a very unpleasant experience at another shop who sells themselves as uniquely serving curvy girls we returned to the warm and welcoming environment that is Copplestones Bridal and bought THE dress. Thank you for making my daughter feel so wonderful after such a poor experience.

Me and my wife were married in June 2022, after feeling really nervous about going wedding dress shopping we booked a few appointments at different stores in Liverpool. Copplestones Bridal was are first shop and thank god it was, Maxine was absolutely AMAZING!! Made us feel comfortable and confident and couldn’t do enough for us, from altering the dresses to perfection, practically making my wife’s dress from scratch, making my mother in laws dress ( out of 2 dresses) to perfection and helping my mum with her outfit too! To helping us into our dresses on the morning of our wedding!! What an absolute star she is. Any brides wondering were to go for your dress copplestones bridal is the place!
