Care Fertility

We did our 3rd round of ivf. Shared motherhood, starting at the end of 2022. We'd been through 2 rounds of ivf at another clinic until going to care. The information given from the start and all the care afterwards has been amazing. We were constantly kept in touch with and all questions were answered. I was the one taking the medications, while my wife would carry. When it got to the trigger shot. I missed the time slot! By a whole 24 hours! We were heart broken. But decided that we'd try and see if eggs survived. Some were too mature. Only a few fertilised. And out of those. Only one was viable and looked beautiful".That one embryo has turned into our beautiful daughter! Who was born 5th December 2023. We can't believe it worked! And we have everyone at care to thank!"

Me and my wife find it difficult to put into words how grateful we are to Dr Rajkhowa and her team (Lisa and Danielle and many more). After our struggles in becoming a family over the years, yesterday we finally got to take our baby boy to meet with them all. There were tears of joy and many hugs ! Me and my wife finally have our happy ever after thanks to Care. We will be forever grateful, love Dean, Natalie and Oliver.

The AMAZING Dr Rima Rajkhowa and her team are just angels in disguise.After 7 attempts of IVF at another clinic and 2 early miscarriages Dr Rajkhowa was recommended to my husband and I by 2 different people.We are now 14 weeks pregnant with just our 2nd attempt with Dr Rajkhowa and cannot recommend her and her team enough.We literally felt like the clinic didn't have any other couples going through IVF at the same time as us... we had such personalised care and attention that I would often say to the Dr I feel like you have no other patients.She has such a calm and caring nature that even when we were going through our embryo transfer there was such a calm and relaxed atmosphere that it took away any nerves and anxieties... having gone through so many transfers and being an anxious perosn I don't write that half heartedly.Thank you Care for your care x x

Had fantastic treatment with Care Birmingham. Our initial call was with Dr Rajkhowa, who was so helpful and informative and discussed our plan in detail and was happy to answer any questions. We always felt so welcomed at the clinic and our appointments and a special thank you to Jade, Lisa & Helen who we regularly saw for appointments and were always so lovely. We are just over 12 weeks from our fresh embryo transfer and so excited. Thank you everyone at Care.

Care Fertility Birmingham were absolutely exceptional and I really believe they are second to none. They answered all of our prayers not just because we were lucky and fortunate that our first cycle worked but because they really looked after us because they truly Care.We had come from another clinic in Oxford that we felt so disappointed with and let down by with the whole process and so didn't hold much hope however Care really helped to turn that around. We felt very taken care of and looked after right from walking into the clinic.What mattered most is that we felt we were treated as individuals and very involved in our plan throughout the process. We were looked after incredibly well by Dr Rajkhowa who is our miracle worker. She and her team helped us achieve our dream and something we never ever thought we'd be able to reach.We would not hesitate to return to Care Fertility in Birmingham when the time comes because we truly trust everything about them. The communication, support and knowledge through the team was excellent. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It is not possible to sum up in words our feelings towards all the team at Care Birmingham. As is the case for many couples ours has not been a simple journey and has taken years and a lot of treatments to achieve what can only be described as our miracle baby. The team have been nothing short of wonderful every step of the way. From the doctors to the nurses and embryologists and everyone else as well. Whilst we are in the very fortunate position of things working out for us, what was apparent was that whatever the outcome we were confident that we had had the best opportunities and treatment. The Care team are like a family you never wanted to need but are eternally grateful for. We felt like people with a story and not just a number. The care and compassion that the team showed us in some very difficult times will never be forgotten. Dr Rajakawa has been amazing and gave us confidence that we were giving ourselves the best chance at success. Thank you

Me and my partner have been dealing with Care fertility Tamworth for a while now. Yesterday was our egg collection at Birmingham, to say i was nervous was an understatement. I went in and i could have cried from the minute i walked through those doors. I was greated my the 2 lovely receptionists and they were so calming and told me that everything would be okay. I was then called through and everyone was so nice and i felt myself calm immediately. I was so worried about the pain i would feel during the egg collection, i went down to theatre and the anesthesiologist asked me my favourite alcoholic drink we were laughing and then i woke up in recovery with my partner.. i didnt feel a thing and everyone was so friendly and made me feel so calm.. i will be having my embryo transfer at the same clinic because they put me at ease so much.. if i could give more stars i would absolutely amazing team and they are so kind and friendly ❤️

Absolutely incredible care right from the off. From the very first contact with Care my wife and I were put at ease. We were talked through every step of the process and felt we could ask any and all questions we had - no matter how stupid mine were! The service - even during Covid times - was outstanding! We could get appointments that suited our work schedule and I was able to go with my wife to all appointments which put us both at ease! The out of hours service was great too, especially in the early stages when we were nervous and unsure.The staff really make Care what it is. Always friendly, greeting us with smiles and making us feel comfortable at all times. You really all are fantastic, wonderful people.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Care to anyone. Thank you!
