Very homely care home! Friendly Staff! Warm Atmosphere!

Horrible place to work, terrible management, they only care about making a profit for a substandard service. Change we care group to We don't care group and it will be more correct, avoid this house of horrors.

This end of life home is a disgrace. It’s a very profitable care home yet the owners seem to not invest fairly. Should have been on the panorama programme.

This facility has a caring friendly staff that seem to enjoy their work. When I visit there is always laughter heard and smiles on the faces of staff members. The home is clean, bright and does not smell like an institution. They have a chef that makes the food from scratch each day and it smells good. The afternoon tea"/snack is delicious. The staff always makes time to answer our questions and the residents have many activities planned during the week. We feel forntuate to have found such a lovely place for my mother-in-law!"

I wish I could rate this home 0" they need a visit by CQC! How do you expect one night nurse to give over 50 residents medication? I will be angry to be woken up after 1 am for medication. Its an abuse having just one nurse doing all those tedious job! It's annoying having older wake up in the middle of their sleep for a medication meant for night and not early morning. Fix things before you get reported to CQC !"
