Fantastic service. Irene gave me an appointment the same day to get ear impressions for my son age 15. Compared to other hearing services she is first class. We were made really welcome by all the team on arrival, which is so refreshing, the procedure was explained thoroughly and carried out with care and patience. I would highly recommend.

Lovely welcome and friendly staff. Went to get my ears shringed, but turned out they didn't need doing, but was very helpful on what to do next as I have trouble with my hearing as was trying this as my first call of trying to sort my hearing out. Would highly recommend these as the short experience I had, very helpful and friendly

I went in to have some impressions made for some custom-made ear plugs for motorcycling and couldn't have been happier with the service received. The staff were really happy and cheerful and couldn't have made me feel more welcome. I've previously used larger high street chains for hearing tests but wouldn't hesitate in recommending or using Irene Taylor for any of my future hearing needs.

I was recommended by a colleague to Preston hearing Centre and from the very beginning I found them very helpful and professional. When the aids were fitted I just couldn’t believe what a difference they made and several months later I can honestly say they have completely changed my life for the better. To anyone who thinks they have a hearing problem don’t hesitate this companies product is brilliant.

I telephoned this clinic on spec to see if they could fit me in the same day for ear suction. I was already in Preston and I was asked to attend straight away. Can't get better than that! I was greeted at the clinic by a gentleman who was very kind and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone and I would definitely return.

My husband went for ear wax removal, had been struggling and they were kind enough to slot him in before the bank holiday weekend. Great service and I left my phone!! Nightmare, Chris brought it to my home on his way home. That really is going above and beyond A huge thanks to you all. We shall definately be recommending 5 star service .
