I’m surprised no one has reported these to the police… I was left a half a mile from my house as a white young female because the guy said it was a different price from the list…it said £5 to Malpas and I was going to beginning of Malpas road!???? The guy never spoke English and shouted at me to give him £6 and I never had any more money so at 4am in the dark I had to walk on my own! He just dumped me by the shell garage! My friends were furious, made a complaint and nothing was done…. There’s other things happened to my friends and nothing gets done.

I booked a taxi at 3pm and I had to get to somewhere for 4 but the taxi turned up at half 4 and then after when I booked it again it was taking to long so I decided to cancel but the operator was talking very rudely to me and said why book in the first place if your going to cancel they the proceeded to ban me from ever booking taxis with the again.0/10 would not recommend

Just got back from the shops and come back to this honestly this is a joke now he's got 2 taxis (he mightof sold the other one)But he's so Inconsider and doesn't park at the bottom of the steel so it's out of the way, plz have a word

I have used all the companies in newport so far for cabs, dragon seems to be the best and most professional, ABC is quite decent but atleast has clean cars.First time using Capitol and taxi is 20 mins late and I've been assigned this driver Marie who has kept her right and middle seat smeared with Mud and grass, unbelievable.Wouldn't even expect this from a third world country

Capital have some excellent drivers but the management are rude I phoned for a taxi and just because I was not outside last time I phoned with my wife and we are in our late seventies and the taxi was early we were told we would not have cab from them again.

Worst taxi firm going. Operators who say a taxi is available and then when you call up they give you excuse after excuse. Wouldn't suggest using capital better off walking by time driver arrives you would be at your destination

Had 2 taxis from Capitol tonight. Fair play both drivers fab. On time and both very polite and chatty. Won't use any other Taxi than Capitol. Please don't sell out to Dragon lije all the others have done.
