Both myself and my husband have had treatment by Monica for new plates. We are delighted with the results. We also found all of the staff professional and friendly.

I felt not listened to and rushed to get me out of the door. I passed advice given to me by a private dentist after root canal treatment, informing me to get it capped asap. Informed that I should wait 2-3 months before having it capped. Really confused, will contact private dentist to get more information and will then get back to you.

I am very anxious and new to Lincoln and Sarah made it so lovely and relaxed me into the appointment. She made a stressful appointment genuinely nice. Sarah was approachable and kind such a positive member of staff to have in the practice.

Receptionists always helpful and informative. Plenty of space in waiting room and never had to wait long before being seen by the dentist. Always find my appointments are explained fully with, ahem, recommendations on how to clean and/or care for my teeth in a better way. Can recommend.

I got booked in as an emergency appointment, the lady on reception was brilliant explaining everything to me and would call back if could get me in, however 20mins after I get a phone call back saying they could get me in. When I got there the dentist ladies reassured me after getting upset and helped sort my dental issue out! They were so kind and politely spoken too with lots of reassurance throughout even as the procedure was being done and explaining what was happening! I felt very at ease with these ladies! Shame not taking on any nhs patients as would feel so much better here for dental visits! The receptionist even spoke while waiting and letting me know it wouldn't be long! The whole place was clean too and a great experience overall, very professional

All staff are very well mannered and my kids love going to the dentist even though one has had to have a few fillings they have always explained the process clear for him and talked throughout the process and so been able to go ahead with the filling. It's never effected him ever attending his next appointment or ever made him fearful of going back definitely well recommend for kids and I have always had friendly, informative appointment with who I see to. So would highly recommend for adults to.

We joined Lincoln Dental Practise Neward road over two years ago.It was nearer than our NHS dentist and they were taking on patients based on an NHS price equivalent plan.I work as a full time carer for my grandma who has alzheimers and get £76 from the government to do that. My parents who are both elderly pensioners in their 70s live in a annex next door to me where they have me if they need me. They are of an age where their teeth really need keeping an eye on.We could never afford private prices.After two years of paying the NHS equivalent price plan they took us on with which we have evidence of.The last two times we visited they claimed we have to pay the private prices and that they wernt doing the NHS equivalent price plan anymore.When I said this isnt right or fair they agreed that as they had started the NHS equivalent price plan with us they needed to continue it and couldnt just back out.But then I received emails from the dentist to say they didnt know what we were talking about and the NHS price plan didnt exist.Within then a week of our last visit to them we got a threatening email to say book your next appointment soon or we will strike you off the list"This is going to leave two elderly people very vulnerable.My mum especially is really anxious and stressed over this and she has a heart condition which can be triggered by stress.I'm going to call trading standards and citizens advise to see where we stand with this in the hope of taking them to court."
