Appalling service by the Manager. Arrogant and dismissive. They made an error on my prescription when I last picked up. Which is shocking in itself. And now refused to acknowledge or help. Requested Full investigation via email. Had to go back to my doctor and re request my medication. Zero care and zero compassion. Will not be returning

Phoned this pharmacy searching for some medicine and they had it, 8th pharmacy lucky! The guy was so helpful and did the prescription straight away! Worth the half hour drive :-)

I gave 4 stars because of parking, the lack of parking. The best way to park is on the opposite residential roads, walk down or push down your roller, cross the busy road and you are there. There is a zebra crossing as well. Do not linger because I am not so sure it is a safe environment to be in when you are unwell. I had to go there just before 10pm for my anti-blood clotting injections, the disabled parking was occupied by a white fancy car. The pharmacist helper was an oversensitive transgender person so try to be overly polite even if you had just escaped from A&E like me. But the pharmacist is FAST and efficient.

Visited Oxford Road Pharmacy today very friendly store and lovely staff. I came a cross some great inspired fragrances. I purchased Frenesi which smells like YSL Black Opium. These Verset perfumes provide great affordable luxury.

Really bad serviceRang at 2pm for my Prescriptions and said I would be in at 8pm. No problem I was told, it will be readyI arrived at 9pm instead leaving a good 7 hour gap to get just two items ready. They were not doneWas told they don’t do them in advance, only when the person comes through the door?As a pharmacist manager myself this is the most stupidest thing I have heard.Antibiotics and they don’t prioritise? Phone and they just Ignore the request totally. It’s not a CD, it’s not supervised consumption. No reason why it can’t be ready when I have called up way in advance.Staff seem incompetent and not trained to a high standard.Lady working there was rude and no apology for making me wait almost 20 minutes despite the fact I called and was told it would be ready.7 hours is clearly not enough time for the team to prepare two standard fast line items.Safe to say, I have removed my nomination from this pharmacy and will be going elsewhere.

I called in today for some cream for my dry itchy skin and I wasn’t really sure what I needed, but I served bye a very helpful and understanding black lady who pointed me in the right direction which was good. Because last time I visited there, I was served bye a white gentleman with a beard he just looked at me, and said, he didn’t know what I needed and couldn’t help me which was not very helpfulSo I just wanted to say thank you

This an incredibly busy family run pharmacy, although there can be queues at peak times, they are incredibly efficient. Manny and his team are so helpful, professional, and caring. I was not able to pick a prescription and even though I rang in the afternoon they still arranged a delivery that evening.These guys really go the extra mile, and even when some customers get abusive, they always remain calm and prossional. Top marks all round.
