My first time ever leaving a google review but in this case had to be done. The receptionist Stacey was the most awful, sarcastic, unprofessional, unhelpful woman i've ever dealt with. My mum also rang and she was the same to her. I was first to ring at 9am on the dot two mornings in a row but she won't even let me speak to a dentist or get an emergency appointment (and 111 won't because im signed up here). We are now having to go to A&E (i have a gum abscess and have not been able to eat or sleep for two days and am going quite insane). The other dentists we rang for advice were lovely and helpful. This receptionist however... Absolutely awful. Wouldn't even let me take her second name or talk to anyone else there, just sarcastic backchat and comments.. she reminded me of viccy pollard from little britain. I have asked her to remove me from the records (so i can actually get help eslewhere and stop my infection). But even doing that she was sarcastic too. Awful, awful team DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!

Friendly reception with prompt attention. Dental work is first class, highly recommended.

I have been using this dentist surgery for many years and have been very pleased with their excellent and skilful work over the years including a more recent difficult wisdom tooth extraction and two difficult fillings. Highly recommended.

I love going dentist. The atmosphere is calm. Place is clean. Everyone is friendly and professional. My teeth are in good hands.

I have been attending this practice for many years, and apart from one bad experience, the treatment, friendliness of staff and dentist are always good.They put you at ease with any concerns you may have, and as I cannot get up the stairs, they arrange for a dentist on the ground floor.Recommend, yes!

I had to register with this dentist as mine has gone private now, and they made it so easy for me, especially as I had an issue with my teeth at the time. They even got me in the very next day after registering to sort my problem out. Couldn’t ask for more.

I was telephoned by receptionist who asked for my husband who had sadly passed away she then put the phone down, I am also a patient at this surgery but she did not ask to speak to me. I have been waiting for this surgery to ring me, I felt they knew myhusband had died and didn't bother to speak to me. I was waiting to have my dentures sorted out due to being very uncomfortable, still no phone call, I presume I'm not good enough! Although the dentist was very good in sorting out my teeth as I had a very bad experience with previous dentist, I feel the receptionist has let me and the dentist down.

Very awful service, I book to see the hygienist for my son they said he has to see dentist first, we did not wait too long to see dentist it take a few days,after see dentist just for a few minutes of course the dentist said my son need to see hygienist so I have to paid for dentist just for pass track to see hygienist that I don’t mind. Then we make appointment to see hygienist and it take a few months for waiting and when nearly appointment date clinic send the message to cancel our booking then I call to book again and it same when it nearly date they send the message to cancel it again, such waiting people time.I try to call to ask the reason they said they gonna call me back until now 2 mo passed nobody call, totally I waste my time for nothing since February. Very very very bad service.I should go to another clinic who willing to treat patients but not just charge money and waste people time.I’ll tell everybody that I know don’t go to this clinic.

Receptionists at this dentist are not very professional and that's a understatement. They need to go on a course to learn how to speak to customers because the way they do it is not it. Also appointments are frequently cancelled, which is not very professional either. The dental standards are good though, shame about the administration.
