Always friendly. Nice group of staff.. Nothing to much for them . X

I like that this store is large and has a wide range of products available. It is also neat, tidy and well-organised. Most staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable about products but some can be quite unfriendly as they don't greet you and talk amongst each other, making inappropriate comments, which I think is unprofessional. Having said that, there was one member of staff a couple of weeks ago that was very sweet. My friend and I were at the checkout when my friend started feeling light-headed. The member of staff was kind enough to get a bottle of water from the fridges and added it to our shopping. This was much appreciated and we'll always remember this kind gesture! ❤

Got there at 19:25 and they have closed. Staff outside smoking and chilling with laughter. The closing time on entrance, Google and website shows 20:00 but I guess that doesn't apply to this branch as they seem to make their own rules.Disgusted with today's experience

In twice over the weekend and every member of staff on the floor was very friendly, professional and helpful

Severe by Omar and another young guy ( sorry can’t remember his name) both were very polite and professional. My teen missing out some offers by buying impulsively earlier I went to get it fix. Their systems were not working properly tough they managed to sort out. I do really appreciate all their help. Being savvy mum every penny counts.

I came in this past Friday and a sales assistant I believe called Fatima helped me tremendously. I had no idea what shades I wanted to get and as I had an event to go to I was overwhelmed by what to get. But Fatima helped me pick out my shades in foundation and concealer patiently trying all different colours to see what fit best. And i looked great for the baby shower in the end. Thank you so much Fatima ! (Sorry if it's the wrong name as I only had a quick glance at the name tag !). Very helpful staff here.

Lots of options and no issues with supply. Well laid out and clean. Only comment would be to either have more till staff or potentially change some of the tills to self checkout.

The shop opened late today as something must have happened fair enough these things happen. The girl came to door about 1035 to let staff in no apologies she just said 5min when she opened store she still didn’t say anything . When we got in store all fine apart from no cash in till so customer had to wait for change. Not good service could have just apologised.
