I went to see Gareth at Jack Barclay bodyshop, Burr Road just after an accident to my wing mirror. I was still a bit shaken up but he was so incredibly kind and talked me through the extent of the damage and reassured me they could help...and it wasn't a problem. On the spot they took the car in, sourced the spare parts for me and the car looks better than new!They are extremely efficient, VERY professional and couldn't have offered better service or advice. I felt in very safe, trusted hands and they now have a client for life!!I honestly can't recommend Gareth and the bodyshop team enough.I'm absolutely thrilled with their work and am very grateful for how they sorted everything out with great care for me.THANK YOU!! A garage to avoid.I was unfortunate to go to this garage a few times, each time worse than the previous.Howard Storey, Sean Nevatte and Shahzad Alvi of this garage dealt with my car. Unreliable, unprofessional and dishonest are the qualities I can describe this team with.In my last visit not only they did not carry out any actual work they managed to ruin mat driving side car mat by dropping oil it!Avoid!

Update: I contacted Sean as requested and he organised for my MOT at Jack Barclays. Jake looked after my car and was wonderful. Much appreciated.Had a service last year and the cam belt was changed with the promise that all future MOTs would be free. Called this year to be told that they no longer service AUDIs and refused to honour the free MOT that was promised to me last year. Fantastically rude receptionist.

Strange experience. AVOIDOver the phone the booking process and the rest was very good and quick but as soon as i droped the car there it sort of felt that something is not right.My car was due for an oil change,brake fluid change,pollen filter replaced and an A/C refill.Droped the car and i was asked to pay upfront over the phone and of course i refused.2 hours later i get a strange phone call from them saying that my A/C is broken and they can’t refill unless they do a service on it and will probably cost me a fortune with an invented excuse which i refused since i have replaced myself the gas pressure sensor and A/C was fine,it wasn’t ice cool but at least it was blowing cold air and thats why i have asked for a refill.Anyhow we sort of agreed to disagree and i just asked them to do my service and i will take care of the rest. 30 min later i get the video with the works asked and after 2pm went in there to collect my car.Payed the invoice £££ ,they brought the car outside and guess what my car was blowing ice cold air although they clearly said my A/C is not working and my dash cam was disconected which i thought it was odd.Yesterday i had the curiosity to check pollen filter since recently some strange smell were coming out trough the vents and i wanted to check what is wrong with it and guess what it still has the 2017 stamp date on it as you can see in the pictureThe bottom line is they are biggest fraudsters that i’ve ever seen start to finish

My Audi RS4 was in an accident and the 3rd party insurance asked for the car to be taken here. They are holding my car and refusing to release it after it needed to be taken away as a salvage car. AX-UK tried to sort it with them and they are not cooperating in any way. I sense they are trying to inflate their earnings on this to squeeze every penny out in storage fees and will be referred to the relevant regulators as a result. If you value your property it will not be in safe hands with Jack Barclay.

Let me start from the rudest saddest, little girl acting, Danielle.THE DIVA at reception it's just the reflection of the company here. I would never have anyone at the desk that rude. They kept my car 5 months for a repair and where there was time wasted from the insurance, the experience with audi and this garage was like Danielle the receptionist. Ugly.I thanks Mr Henry the mechanic for trying.You will never see me again.

I have been using them for the last few years and can honestly say the customer service really is second to none!My car is always washed after any work and they are always helpful with any concerns or complaints (if any)A wonderful team, it’s always a positive experience dropping my car off to Jack Barclay Audi.Thank you to all the staff who provide an excellent service, especially Keith who seems to be the main representative I have dealt with.

Worst Audi service at all time.. they are trying to do services which needs to be done in the next 10 or maybe 20k miles... I’ve been there for service and they wanted to change my front brakes saying that are 90% worn.. if they were 90% worn the light should pop up in the dashboard.. I’ve been driving for more than 5000 miles now and nothing showed up..The photo is after doing the 5000 miles from the date of the service..Be careful!Later edit.. I don’t want to say that I think they didn’t even changed my cabin filter which was supposed to be changed at a second major service...

The best service I have ever received from any 'main dealer' garage. I got a courtesy car free of charge, Chris and his team kept me updated throughout and the car came back cleaner than when I bought it. To top it all off, the price on the bill was less than I had been quoted which was already very competitive for Audi. Would not take my RS4 anywhere else. Just excellent!!
