If you want a good cut, this is the place to come. You'll find staff that listen to what it is you want and who are happy to give advice. It is clean and bright inside and the staff are professional and friendly. Michelle always makes my hair look great and believe me, if you had hair like mine you'd know how difficult that is. Very fine hair and a double crown!

I have just recently moved to the area so first time at this hair salon, I was made very welcome and felt at ease straight away, I was absolutely thrilled with my new haircut I’m due to go back for my colour in a few weeks...would highly recommend.

Disappointing, I had my hair done with Aimee a few months ago and loved it however since my last appointment with Sara in January my hair doesn’t look as nice and the top wasn’t done correctly, it is fading which didn’t happen before. Remi was the only main staff member that was friendly and Aimee completely ignored me, didn’t look at me and said nothing. Not sure if it was jealousy that I’d booked with another hairdresser just because my hair needed doing sooner and she was fully booked. Such ashame as it could be a great salon. I hope Robert Owen will read my review and take note because I would have come back to fix my hair but don’t feel welcome or comfortable in the salon unfortunately.

Other than a very brief spell away, I have been coming to Robert Owen for the last forty years. Their service is second to none and really is service with a smile, everyone works so hard and everyone is extremely professional. After so many years of coming here, I still get stopped in the street and get asked where do you go for your hair colour? which is a huge compliment to Remi and Andrew who picked the perfect colour for me, it looks so natural and hides the dreaded silver hairs so perfectly. The quality of their work and attention to detail not only in the hairdressing but also in the general ambience of the Salon, not to forget the delicious coffee, sets them apart from anyone else in the area in my opinion.
