My partner and I spent a total of two hours with Lucy of Hayes. This would be our first cruise so we had many questions. Lucy patiently guided us towards an ideal cruise and got all of the booking done for us. She was very professional and diligent. We now feel we have made the right choice and eagerly await the cruise date.

So convenient having a currency exchange that's open on a Saturday in our small town. Great customer service always. Thanks!

Popped in last week to get some advice about a holiday I booked. The ladies couldn't have been more helpful, I shall definitely use Hays Travel when I am next looking for a holiday, thank you for your kind service in these difficult times, very much appreciated and really put my mind at rest.

Shocking customer service, I wouldn't even give a 1*. Due to travel on Wednesday, and today found out they've input incorrect passport details. Now telling us to resolve the issue at the airport on the day of flying. Meaning we cant fill in forms that are required on entry for Costa Rica. Basically leaving us in the lurch 48hrs before we fly. I would NEVER book via Hays travel agents again. We would've got it so much cheaper booking direct with TUI also. They charge extra for customer service, which they don't actually offer. We rang TUI Brighton branch, and they helped us within 5 minutes. More so than Hays. Had to call them up to chase responses to emails I had sent in the past also.
