An excellent salon in the heart of South London. As an artist I've been generously sponsored by this lovely team of talented hairdressers and make up artists and I'm very grateful. They've given me a new edgy look for my shows, and we are still discovering more. Great people, very professional, and the results are fabulous. Soothing experience on top. I highly recommend them!

Very professional and clean salon and I absolutely love my new hairstyle! Sonia worked wonders with my dull, box-dyed hair and gave me shiny, glossy highlights. She is a lovely and warm-hearted person and a very talented hair stylist, I am definitely returning. They really listen to what you are looking for and have great suggestions as I wasn't entirely sure what to do. I would especially recommend Heir Generation for a proper restyle as they have great ideas and really know what works with your type of hair and look.

Fiz is an amazing hair artist. She was attentive and made me feel so comfortable and by the end of a few hours felt like I had know n her ages. She coloured my hair and gave me the nicest colour. Really grateful to have found this salon highly recommended by a friend. Amazing cut , styling and colour. And also an amazing education. I was taught how to look after my hair!!

This review is specific to the Hair Academy at Heir Generation. I had a bleach and balayage done by Natalia. I'd recommend this place to someone who doesn't care for prosecco/tea/coffee/water served to them, but wants to walk out with quality advice and an amazing hair transformation that doesn't break the bank.What to expect: Because the students are still in the process of learning you'll see and hear Fiz the manager giving them advice on how they can improve what they're doing and feedback on the process. The experience may therefore take longer than normal.Staff: Natalia did a fab job of my hair as you can see from the photo. Natalia is training at the Academy and she was quick, adapted to feedback given by the manager and offered great advice on what I should do with my hair.Customer experience: As someone who had 'virgin hair' beforehand, I had no idea what I was talking about and the staff at the salon ensured that I felt comfortable and confident with the new style I was going for. They made sure to customise the hair cut and colour to my lifestyle too which showed their experience and professionalism.Why not 5 stars? I loved the experience and definitely will go back as I trust Natalia with my hair, plus love what she's done with it. But leaving the salon my hair smelt funky, of bleach maybe? And the shampoo/treatment I've bought from them doesn't smell incredible either. But hey, you are getting a 5/5 hair transformation.

Manager stylist Fiz, was absolutely amazing... really took the time to listen to what I wanted and seemed to understand my vision. Fiz, Ivett and Kui was really friendly, lovely and chatty.I absolutely love my new style! My hair feels wonderful, even on the second day after the cut. This is a before and after of my hair results, I am absolutely in love. I would like to thank the amazing Bella for doing my hair I have natural Afro/ very curly hair and she completely transformed it. Heir generation is the only hair salon I will ever feel comfortable using and I have been coming here from around the age of 15. They have the best service and make you feel so comfortable with the best prices too!! Thank you very much ❤️

Such a great experience at this salon and looking forward to going back. It has been hard to find a stylist that understands frizzy curly hair and Fiz did an amazing job explaining the cut I need and how to maintain my hairs health. She talked me through all the products and their use cases and I left feeling refreshed and beautiful! Thank you so much!

Fiz is one of the best hairdressers I've ever been to.I've been coming here for more than 10 years. I've tried other places but they are simply not working for me for the style that I like (i.e. not a boring haircut!).I usually show Fiz a photo of what I'd like and she does it exactly like that. Prices with her are currently £90 for a restyle, £70 for a cut & blow dry, £50 for a dry cut.
