Fabulous experience in HQ, prices are so competitive, they use great products and leave your hair with a beautiful finish. I have been to more expensive salons and not got half the service and more importantly I haven't been as happy with my hair. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and remember you when you return and what it is you want. I really felt that i got a bespoke experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place, i would not go anywhere else.

Went 3 months ago& ended up with hair dye all over my shirt - it was so bad I had to throw it out. Customer service also not great. Would not recommend this place.
