We have had a window replaced that was previously leaking — the replacement was done professionally and looks excellent. Cleared up really well, was pleasure to work both Jordan and Taylor.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE ROGUESI ordered a new window and door from Window World in September 2019 and paid 10% deposit. After several weeks, they called me to say that the window and door were ready for installation and we agreed an installation date and time. A day to the agreed date they called me to cancel, stating that they did not realise the street had restricted parking. This is even though they had been to the property on two occasions. They suggested a Saturday for the fitting and we agreed on a date and time. On the appointed day, they failed to show up and did not call. I called the office four times that Saturday and there was no answer, office was closed. The following Monday I called the office and they claimed they attended but no one answered the door. The tenant was at home all day waiting for them and did not hear a knock. We later agreed another day, a Friday for the fitting. On the appointed Friday, they turned up proceeded to remove the old window and door and then called me demanding payment and threatened that if I did not pay they will stop work, leaving the already removed door and window and leave. I refused to be forced into paying them for an unfinished job. The contract I signed with them said payment was due on completion. They later carried on with the work and installed the window and door. They then facetimed me to see what they had done demanding payment again. I queried the type of lock they had installed on the door which did not meet fire regulations. My query upset them and they misunderstood my query as reluctance or refusal to pay. Without any attempt to offer meaningful resolution to the issue I raised they took off the door and window they installed and left with them, leaving the property without a door and window. This left the tenants (a couple and their baby) in a flat without a door and a window. This type of company should not be allowed to carry on in this manner.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE ROGUES. To be forewarned is to be forearmed.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Fantastic customer service, great advice and patience when I had questions. The order and installation was really quick and professional and I’m so happy with the windows supplied.

Had a side door removed and replaced and we were really happy with the service and quality of door. Fitting was quick and straight forward and we are happy with the finish. Reasonably priced and would use again. We opted for a composite door in green and so far are very happy with it.

Had a conservatory built and completed in 2019. It wasn't long before it started leaking. We have had them out several times to rectify this fault. We are still waiting for this to be done, however because of the 3-4 times that they have supposed to have fixed it without any success. We have lost complete confidence in this company. So if your'e looking for a way to waste £1,000's of pounds then I recommend using Windowworld.

Had windows installed just before Christmas 2022. The lads were great and the new windows look fantastic! The house is so much warmer now. We will need new external doors soon so will 100% give them a call again.

Used Windoworld to build our 4x4 metre conservatory which was completed in October and we've been impressed with the end result. They helped at each stage of the process and came up with some practical ideas which we hadn't thought about. We did quite a bit of research beforehand and did get a slightly cheaper quote elsewhere but went with them as the product looked good quality, was well within our budget and they were more professional. Glad we used them and the money we saved on budget we'll be putting towards a new front door in the new year. Will be using them again and have already recommended them to my sister.

We had full window and door replacement,from the initial consultation with Adrian through to the window installation, windows world couldn’t have been more helpful, kept us fully informed with the production times etc, and considering we were dealing with a World wide pandemic the turn around was faster than expected. Windows and door look absolutely amazing, fitting was mess free, and the gentleman who fitted the windows were professional and polite. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for windows and doors.

Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. Update in response to your reply. The trim was a different colour around the edge of the windows. I very reasonably paid £5000 straight away and held back £500 until problem was rectified. Within hours, 2 of your staff turned up at my door and said they would remove the front door now if I did not pay the additional £500 there and then. Threatening, intrusive and unprofessional to say the least. When I did see the manager I said 'but the salesman adrian said....'of which the reply was, ' he is just the salesman. What does he know about windows.' So i hope that answers your reply.

AVOID!!!! Conservatory fitted 18 months ago and leaks every time there is heavy rain! We have had various call outs and even the team have admitted that the work is “embarrassing” despite another call out a fortnight ago - still not water proof!!! I’ve paid for redecorating numerous times, has ruined my carpet and foot stall, plaster fell off …… the list goes on. The owner refuses to contribute towards the damages, unfortunately I have to take Court action - DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS
