I am a HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist and I provide psychological assessment and therapy to adults experiencing difficulties with their mental health and wellbeing. I specialise in working with individuals who find themselves repeating unhelpful patterns which impact on their feelings about themselves, their self-identity and their relationships with others. I am based in the North East of England, but currently, I provide online therapy and I am therefore able to work with those who live further afield.
