Took my VW Grand California to Hull VW Van Centre due to some issues I was having in the habitation area of our van and VW Scunthorpe could not resolve it. From the minute I spoke to Chloe over the telephone, I got a warm fuzzy feeling that they knew what they were talking about. Dropped it off and then got update calls from Martin on the work he was doing and pleased to say it has been fixed. Brilliant customer services and also the work that has been carried out. I would thoroughly recommend JCT600 Van Centre Hull. Keep up the great work!

We went here to view the new VW Caddy Maxi Life. They had just received a number of new cars but unfortunately they were all customer's cars that had been ordered. The Sales lady allowed us to see inside one but within a short time I absolutely hated it. The accommodation was fine but the rear passenger door windows did not open and this was a no no for me. In case anyone is interested, the new Ford Tourneo is none other than a VW Caddy with Ford badges on with the same limitations. The waiting list for a new VW Caddy and presumably the Ford Tourneo is 12 months.
