Excellent Garage , staff very polite and extremely helpful.Iam a Delivery Driver, something went wrong with my car I needed it doing ASAP , the staff at this Garage had my car back on the road in no time , which I appreciated immensely. I would advise anyone to use this Company !

Terrible.Don't bother, you'll be left with more frustrations than the initial issue your car was causing you, avoid.First off, I do not wish to be contacted by this garage anymore, it will not change my review nor will you try and see through how I have misunderstood" the current situation as of my last visit.1. Job with headlamp units. They were only willing to price up geniune parts... said I had to look myself and pick up the item myself if I wanted it fitting otherwise pay £175 for a genuine ford headlamp unit. The ones supposedly fitted to my car were no longer being manufactured... what? They are not head lamp units hard to come by... they were factory. "Would you like a matching pair?" Not at those prices.2. They NEVER ring you even though they say they will. I have to chase up 2 times a day every time I go

I have to give this company 5 star reviews, I have had my Megane come to these gentleman for years ,they have always gone out of their way on looking after me , even when they are extremely busy , nothing is to much hassle for these gentleman to help me and also their other customers ,Julie the receptionist manager is also so helpful and adorable with her customers , when her desk is full she still has time to make sure her customer is met with the help they need when it comes to their vehicles and always asks how they are too nothing is too much .So I would like to sayThank-you Mike , julie , and all the guys at James motor company for always giving me the upmost respect of your services when it’s come to my Renault Megane xI will always come to you and will always recommend your services to anyone who would ask for a mechanics garage to help look after their vechicle.Shaz c x

I believe in supporting local businesses however this is the worst customer service I've ever came across.I spent time on the phone and in person explaining I had a warranty policy on my car. I needed them to carry out a diagnostic report and itemise the parts and labour. They charged me £300 refused to itemise the work required. Then told me they don't carry out warranty work even though they knew from the start. Because they refused to carry out the work,the warranty company wouldn't except their report., so had to pay another garage to carry out the same inspection.If I could give them less than one star as a review I would.Now going to try and get my money back via small claims court.
